cinnamon, on sweet rolls with vanilla buttercream icing!!

Both are nice, depends on the recipe within which they are used. For example; a little cinnamon added to a Apple Cobbler work marvelously towards it's taste while sprinkling nutmeg on a Custard Pie also adds a special touch and brings out it's flavour too.

nutmeg gives it a more subtle taste.. cinnamon is too obvious

Mostly cinnamon. If it is to be put in apple sauce I do both.
