Any dough can be frozen. The longer you freeze it, the lower the quality will be when it's thawed and baked though. I would recommend portioning the cookies before you freeze them because you can then take them out of the freezer, put them on a pan and then put them right into the oven instead of freezing whole glob and waiting for it to thaw.

somehow my macaroon batter is to thin is there something I can do to thicken it without ruining it any further?
