It is a relative question, depending on the size of the cup and the type of flour one uses. But if it is fine flour you are measuring, on a cup that one uses to dring ones daily cup of tea, it should hold about 100-125 gm. If it is the corase type, it should hold about 70-90 gms. I measured.

If we do not count the weight of the cup, I would guess about 1/2 oz (sifted). Or 1/3 unsifted. Pure guesswork.

it depends on if it's sifted or not. sifted = less flour = less weight.
