Alternate: have coffee in the A.M.,
Iced green tea for lunch',
Chocolate after dinner,
and hot green tea before going to bed.

Depends on the situation... hot tea in the morning or early afternoon, coffee in the morning or with dessert, and always... hot chocolate by the fire.
