Turkey is healthier than ham. But ham tastes better, in my opinion. Turkey is traditional for Thanksgiving, but ham is also appropriate. Actually, roast beef would be appropriate, too, if that's what your family prefers. The basic idea is to have a FEAST. Whatever is most festive to you is what you should have.

Turkey is alot healthier than ham. I actually prefer the ham though.

That's like asking if coke is better that dr. pepper. Everyone has a different opinion. But I pretty much prefer ham since you're asking. However... we're frying a turkey this year... it should be interesting.

turkey is extra healthy, yet i like ham extra suitable beef is probable extra healthy, yet burgers are extra suitable steak Francis Bacon & sausage are probable related to the comparable in foodstuff eggs haven't any carbs yet do ldl cholesterol
