I have yet to see a turkey that doesn't have that information on the package.
But generally, at 350°, it takes an hour for each 4#.
Some ovens work faster than others so your mileage may vary.
If the turkey has a popup timer, cook it until it pops.
If not, cook it until when you put a fork deep into the breast, the juices that come out are clear.

I believe its 12 minutes a pound,Always use one of those turkey bags if you can,it will make the turkey a lot more juicy and tender.

1 hour for every 5 lbs. Also, make sure you have a meat thermometer and make sure your turkey is cooked to the proper temp (i want to say its like 165 degrees or something)
