Mine is still kind of soft and tomarrow is Thanksgiving. Any sugestions on how to dry it out quick?

Yes, you can cube it and then put it on a cookie sheet and dry it in a low oven for about 20 minutes or so. Then leave it to cool; you have dry bread!

Slice the bread, place on a cookie sheet and stick it in the oven on 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. That should do it!

Lay out the bread in single slices on a cookie sheet or similar. Put in the oven, set at lowest temp., for 20 minutes or so. You can even toast it in your toaster - but two slices at a time takes way too long. When the bread is dry, but into small cubes with your sharpest bread knife. Voila!

easier way i know is to put in in a warm oven makes it a little crunchy but should still work
