I'm looking for a recipe for fried pizza balls. This is a pizza dough rolled into a ball around a chunk of mozzarella and a chunck of pepperoni then deep fried and served with pizza sauce for dipping. Does anyone have the recipe for the dough?

if money was no object what is the best wok I could buy. I have tried cheap non stick, carbon steel etc and they are just no good for home cooking. They dont get hot enough plus seasoning them is a pain in the butt. I would pay anything if it had a lifetime guarantee and can be used on all hob types, use metal utensils, and it gets extremely hot and stays hot even when ihave added food. Hard one I know, been trying to source forever.

I've just been elected President of the Accounting Society at my University. We are having our annual banquet tomorrow evening where the New president is introduced to all of the Society members, University Faculty, and accounting firm representatives in attendance.

My question is: What should I eat for lunch before the banquet, and before I give my speech?? I'm just curious if there's a brain food, or something that will quell the butterflies in my stomach... I do expect to be very nervous!

Thanks

And how do I make it so that it doesn't stick to the pan? The only time it doesn't stick to the pan is when I use a lot of oil. I'm trying to cut down on oil, so what is the best way?

And thank you in advance...

I was recently at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas and the bartender made this drink for me. It was great. I've looked up the recipe online and the only recipes have milk or coffee in them. The drink I had did not include those ingredients. This was a drink served over ice, and it included pineapple juice and possibly cranberry juice? There were also at least 3 different types of liquor involved. I would love the recipe! Thanks!
