My fruit dip is cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip and I used my mixer and now it looks like curdled milk with cream cheese chunks. I put the mixer on the highest speed and still ... Do I need to let the cream cheese get warm>? Anyway to save it? Thanks

If I walked 3kms before school, than had a low-fat yoghurt, a piece of whole grain toast, an apple and a banana for breakfast, than for lunch have some tomato juice and a chicken salad pita bread, what could I have for a snack, fufilling my daily food requirements, and being healthy enough to lose weight?

(I would tell you what I would have for dinner, but my mums in charge of that, so it changes everynight.)

Why is it that when I go into shops staff always come over and pretend to tidy shelves next to me ,because they think I'm gonna steal something. I do not look like a theif. Not that a thief looks a certain way. It pisses me off! Has this happened to you?

If you were opening your own bakery, how would you set it up? Would you have it be walk-in only or set up tables where customers could sit and eat there if they chose? Would you want it as a corner shop of a strip mall or as a free-standing building?

Feel free to share any other details you would include.

Eel is all white meat, and is tasty. Would you eat it? Or is the very thought "gross" to you?

Recently I get to know many friends from Thailand. Beside culture and language barrier, I find them very friendly and warm people. But there is one thing, I really like to know what type of coffee do they love to drink?
I have tried the Singapore style using coffee powder and condensed milk , but it is not to their liking. I heard from a friend telling me they prefer 3 in-one coffee or coffee using coffee mate. Or is it that they prefer something mild and less sweet because Singapore coffee is stronger.
Can any Thai national teach me how to make coffee sutiable for their taste? Preferably the brand too. I will try to follow whatever advice given. Appreciate it very much.
