Eel is all white meat, and is tasty. Would you eat it? Or is the very thought "gross" to you?

Yeh i would eat it. If you dont try you dont know. At least you can make an educated decision.

It's a fair assumption that you are not an American! The nearest thing to eating whole fish I have ever come is eating canned sardines and they have ben scaled and the heads removed! I assume you are kidding about jellyfish. I would not consider eating eel if I knew what it was.

Eel is delicious! It can be eaten fried, poached, stewed or even as sushi. My favorite is smoked eel!

Chinese style -- Steamed with black bean source and garlic
