I'm not sure what all these people are talking about grease for!! I have had plenty of hangovers and the last thing i want to do is eat...much less something greasy!
If you feel sick while drinking, or when you get home before you go to bed try alka seltzer...when I was told this I thought it was a joke and that it would make me vomit for sure, but I have never had anything work so quick and make me feel so good that I actually could go back and drink some more!
Drink a glass of water and take 1 aleve before you go to bed as it lasts 12 hours
In the morning take 2 tylenol (you can take both medications at the same time, they have no bad reaction when taken together)
Drink gatorade (its actually better for you to drink than water when you are dehydrated)
Eat crackers or bread...anything that will help soak it up
OR if you are brave and can stomach it (which usually I am not able to do since I hate throwing up and refuse to do it!) slamming a beer right when you wake up really does do the trick.

Just don't drink so darn much. And watch WHAT you're drinking. Going out and doing a bunch of different shots on top of a few beers and some mixed drinks is never a good idea. Decide what you're going to have that night and stick with it.
You can still go out and have a few drinks - even tie one on - without waking up all messed up the next day. You just have to be smart about it. Keep it simple - no silly drinks or crazy shots/shooters. Drink water both during and after your drinking. Then have a glass of water and a coated aspirin (uncoated can upset your stomach) before bed. And if you're not too drunk to remember the water and aspirin before bed, you should be OK.

Not drinking isn't a cure, who told you that?
While prevention is better than a cure, it's less fun. I try not to mix drinks, and drink at least two glasses of water before going to bed. I also plan to have nothing to do the next day so I can sleep in till whatever time I feel like.

If you're lucky enough to realize the night before: TONS of water right before passing out, and two Excedrin PM. Upon waking, TONS more water and two plain Excedrin.
If you're waking up SOL: The greasiest breakfast you can come up with. MUST include a greasy meat product (bacon, sausage...), some form of carbohydrate (hash browns preferable because of butter content), and at least two eggs (I don't know why), and the fattiest milk you can drink (whole is best, the fats re-coat the lining of your stomach). I know you don't feel like eating, and the thought of it makes you want to vomit, but I never do vomit while eating it, and somehow a greasy breakfast is the miracle cure.
If you're really lucky, you can go right back to bed after eating, and you'll wake up awesome. If you're having a less fabulous day and you need to do something like go to work, you'll feel like yourself within an hour. TIP: Hydration is integral to your hangover-cure success. You want to be downing water all day.
If you don't have a greasy diner available to you (because we all know you're not in the mood to cook), a pizza joint will do too. Make sure to go with a greasy place though. The up-scale Italian pizzerias, while delicious under other circumstances, aren't going to have enough of the Holy grease to re-coat your raw stomach.
Best of luck! Hope the night was worth it!!!

I always feel less seedy when I first have a shower, then take an aspirin, then cook up a greasy feed like bacon and wash it down with some cool water.
And you'd probably want to avoid any nagging demanding people haha, that only makes things ten times worse!

Immediately on waking the next day, take a big slug of Pepto Bismol and three Bayer Aspirin. Always worked for me.

Carbs and Powerade of Gatorade always worked for me. My boss (I work at a bar) drinks Sprite with a dash of salt.
