Can you store it or freeze it? And does it freeze well? anyone know?

It freezes well. You can freeze any cooked pumpkin but it wont freeze well uncooked!

Freeze it. They have frozen pumpkin pies in the store so I guess it's OK.

OH YES. THEY FREEZE WELL. THAW AND HEAT IN THE OVEN. THROW ON SOME HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM AND ENJOY!!!

you can if you freeze it after its made, i usually defrost and warm them up in the oven
