My fruit dip is cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip and I used my mixer and now it looks like curdled milk with cream cheese chunks. I put the mixer on the highest speed and still ... Do I need to let the cream cheese get warm>? Anyway to save it? Thanks

This happens to me when I use fat free cream cheese - is that what you used? If so, I don't know of any way to fix other than redoing it with reduced-fat or "full-fat" cream cheese. It's hard when making it with powdered sugar - here's another recipe:

1 pkg cream cheese, softened - any flavor
1 jar of marshmellow puff
mix together with electric mixer

It may be that your cream chees was too cold to mix well. Try letting it set a bit and then mix again. Or maybe the powdered sugar had lumps.
This is what we use to put with our fruit trays at our deli:
Mix 1 package cream cheese with 1 jar marshmallow cream. When mixed well blend in 1 thawed package cool whip.

Toss it out. Buy creamy yogurt in either lemon, lime or orange flavors and use it straight......makes an awesome dip for finger fruits

Maybe you can push it through a wire-mesh colander... with a rubber spatula.
