depends on the person, some can learn very quick, some it takes time...

it depends on who`s teaching you. because to make most starbucks drinks, you`ll be using the same recipe over and over again.

it took me about 3 weeks. but the person who trained me says there`s new variations of drinks that you can learn everyday

if the person training you shows and tells you right and If you are a quick learner it shouldn't take long , maybe 4 weeks.
