Should I buy an engagement ring from Steven Singer?

I and my girl have been dating for several years. She wants to have a wedding that lasts from like 2:30 till about three or three thirty. She also maybe wants it to start at 4 or 5 or five fifteen and go for alittle while after that. Rainy weddings... well they are too bad because the weddings are usually inside and nobody even knows what is going on outside. Unless its a church with see through stain glass windows. Stain glass windows could be see through. You just don't put any paint in them before you put them up.

We are painstakingly searching for an alternative song that we can use for a wedding march instead of the tacky traditional wedding march. Bonnus question - why the hell are planning peoples wedding so difficult!

I feel like my fiance's friend more than anything. I love him and he's funny and warm and he'd be a great dad and husband and I love his family and friends and he loves mine. If I married him, I have no doubt that I'd have a good life, secure and happy. BUT I feel no sexual attraction for him anymore, no passion, no throw down good times that I ache for. I feel like he's a boy still and I've grown into a woman without him (we've been together for since I was 19 and I'm 27 now). Is the sex something you just lose in a marriage? Should I settle for the 99 out of 100 good things and accept that as good enough, or is it possible to have it all.. love and sex and passion and companionship? I feel like I want to run away and start a whole new exciting life somewhere else.....

My fiancee and I are having huge problems and have been split for a couple of months, but we still live in the same house. It all started when he proposed in December and I was so happy to accept. As long as we were engaged, I was fine, but my mom and his mom and everyone kept asking when and where we were gonna get married and my mom wanted to start planning everything and I just freaked and started reconsidering. He quit his job as a new accts manager at a bank last July to persue his creative inclinations but then did nothing for the whole year, just spent all his savings, RRSP's, racked up credit card debt, borrowed $2000.00 from me (and I'm a university student who works part-time), hasn't paid it back. Is now looking for work (after huge arguments with me) but finding poor paying jobs. I've been really annoyed with that situation and it's bled into everything, I don't have fun with him anymore, we just argue. Our sex life hasn't been good for mths and I feel more like his friend

I've been married for over a year. My friend is getting married and I'm in her wedding. I've been finding that I'm jealous of her. I am grateful for my marriage and my husband. i've been praying and shifting my energies to something more constructive but I can't shake the jealous feeling. I also try to be the perfect bridesmaid and help her whenever possible because I want to do the right thing. But deep in my heart, I'm very jealous. I resent her planning an event that might rival mine. And I resent that we get compared by friends and family when I think we're very different. Ugh...I have issues. Help.

Hi. Any ideas how to find out what size ring my girlfriend wears without asking? She doens't wear rings day to day so no chance of sneaking one out and getting it measured... Where's the best place to shop for engagement rings in London? Is it best to buy ready-made or to get it cut and made? Any problems with an emerald cut diamond - I know that's the one she likes....reason I don't want to ask more is to make it a bit of a surprise......but very stuck, so need your help, Ladies!!

Whenever I try to test her love, I get a strong feeling that she is not up to me. Everytime she just fails not knowing it. She does not care. Am I acting immaturely or what? She seems to be just sure about our marrital bond but I feel may be I should break it even if it will very difficult.

My Fiancee and I are eloping next summer and we're only having our parents, siblings, and grandparents there. My Bridesmaids are my Mom, Sister and my Fiancee's Sister. I am wearing my dress while we get eloped and Matt will be in a tux along with my brother and his brother...

My question is, if we're dressed up I want our family to be to, which they will, but I want my Bridemaids in dresses which won't be a problem but since we're eloping we're coming home and having a reception...I am wearing my wedding dress again and I would like for them to as well, would that be odd? Our reception is going to be just as it would be if everyone was coming to the church first then the hall, we're just skipping the church part.

Do you think it would be weird to have us in wedding attire?

Does anybody know any website or a travel agent who can guide for different honeymoon spots in US or Mexico? The place should have tons of stuff to do for fun, relaxation and enjoyment.

My finacee and I are going to be fully responsible for the funding of our wedding. We have some savings, but are wondering what the average price of a nice wedding is now? How much should we save? We want something nice but nothing over the top.

Of course I know that we can do what we want, but normally, does the groom go to the shower? Or is it normally just the bride? And why is it that the groom wouldn't be invited? Thank you.
