well our school is selling sweetest day flowers on friday. i think it would be cute to get my boyfriend one but do guys like getting that stuff or does it embarrass them? should i get him something else or what? i dont really know i was just wanting some input. thanks bunches:]

I just started high school and its small(70 somethin kids). I met this girl there and i got to know her. I've been tryin to ask her out since friday,but she had to leave for a ski trip right after school, so i didnt think she'd be available all weekend. Her trip got cancelled and after talking to her for awhile online, i asked her out(even though i am really averse to asking people out over the internet or phone). She said sure, but until we tell our parents, we'l just keep it in school(plus i have practice everyday after school till 5, and the season ends soon). The only problem is that i know school on monday is going to be awkward. any advice on how to make things normal between us as bf and gf? Any other help is accepted too. Also, i don't mean awkward as in what other people will say to me(i dont really give a **** what they think) i mean awkward between us

Me and this guy are like best friends but i have a really big crush on him. Like sometimes he says i love you to me jokingly and things and he winks at me. We have kissed like 8 times during spin the bottle. Once i dared him to pick a girl in the circle he would kiss and he picked me saying he was getting back at me lol. But maybe he wanted to kiss me. We hang out all the time and i love it. But some days he talks to me so much that im positive he likes me and then other days he kind of ignores me to hang out with his other guy friends. Like i dont know whats going on? Sometimes he can totally not want to be with me and other times he's all over me and trying to switch seats in class to get closer to me and is always talking to me and joking every 2 seconds

Best way to ask parents if boyfriend can sleepover?

Ok I know your all probably going to think I'm crazy but I wanted my friend and my boyfriend to sleepover next weekend.
We don't plan on doing anything like sex. He's like one of my best friends. So that's why I wanted him and my other friend to sleepover.

What would be the best and aproperate way to ask them this?

Tomorrow, Monday October 15th, will be my girlfriend and my one month anniversary. I wanted to do something special to show her that I care about her, but I am not sure how to approach this. Should I give her a small gift, and take her out to dinner? or should I go a little bit in - depth, being the first time is always special.

We are both currently in high school, and I had an idea in mind. Her favorite color is purple; so I was going to buy her a single, purple rose and tie a note to it. I was planning on placing this rose on her locker, and the note saying something simple. "Happy one month, from your secret admirer." Then, later that evening take her to a nice restaurant for dinner. My treat.

How does that idea pan out? and if anyone else has any ideas, please, do not hesitate to offer input. Thank you.

So there's this guy I've been sorta seeing. We are both in our 20's and he seems really into me. But I have to initate EVERYTHING! When we hang out, it's always (except once; the first time we hung out) me that initiates it. It's always me that initiates phone calls, texts, etc. But he never turns me down to hang out and when we DO hang out he gives me massages and snuggles me and seems so into me. He even kissed me a couple times and always hugs me before he leaves. He's really shy, I know that. He's never tried anything sexual either. I would like a relationship with him but I don't know what he's thinking. I don't know why I always have to initiate getting together. Can anyone provide some insight? Does it sound like he likes me? Did I make a bad move by always being the one to ask him to hang out? What should I do? Thanks!

I've noticed (I'm positive I'm not the first to, either) that women have a tendency to naturally gravitate to the men that treat them like crap, and even while they know that they can do better, they don't. They go out specifically looking for the guys that will treat them horribly. The funny part is that they turn around, when asked how they want to be treated, and exclaim "Like a princess, of course!". Even more comical is when the guys who do treat them right come along, the guys who treat them with respect, maturity, and the like, they walk all over the poor guy. Why is this?

Me and my ex broke up 3-4 weeks ago and while it was difficult at first we decided to try and stay friends. He has been making almost all of the contact and phones me etc quite a lot. Hes made a couple of comments that have made me think he wants to get back together but when I asked if he felt that way he said definitely not, he just wants to be friends etc. Hes always asking am I ok etc, almost if he wants me to say no, I'm not (which I don't).

I know he likes to keep in contact with his exes, and i also think that he is missing me a lot - as in actually having a gf. So my question is do you think he is maybe confused about what he want or is he just being friendly?

I'm not sure if I would want us to get back together anyway unless things changed quite a lot, but I like to know where I stand so any advice would be good thanks!

My ex and i were great friends. key word. were. we hung out and did a bunch of things together. however, i pushed to know what he thought of me and if he even did. well. he flipped and barely talks to me. i really want our friendship back more than anything. I keep having dreams about him everytime i try to hate him. why? why is it killing me to not talk to him and he seems to be fine with it? and he knows my grandfather is in the hospital and he still hasn't called to see how i was doing. I just started going out with this guy. We come from totally different places, he lives in a dangerous part of town, I live out in the middle of nowhere where nothing bad ever happens. As soon as my mom heard where he lives she told me that I'm too good for him and when I went to his best friend's house to hang out she immediately decided that his family has no self respect and are white trash. She basically told me that she doesn't want me to be with him anymore but I don't think that the things she's upset about are what really matter. He's a really good guy and we really like each other. my bff & i went to each others' homecomings because neither of us had a date. when we went out to dinner before HC, 2 girls & a guy came with us. supposedly, the guy had a "thing" with one of the girls but they werent going out. as the night went on, the guy started flirting with me & i flirted back, but i didnt want to ruin anything between the guy & girl. so i talked to the girl about it, & she said the "thing" they had had been over for a few weeks & she wasnt mad at me for dancing with him. apparently, that was a lie, according to my bff. i also asked the guy what he felt & encouraged him to do whatever he had to do so she wouldnt be mad at him. he said he didnt care if she was mad at him & that their "thing" was over. while we were dancing to a slow song, he kissed me & i kissed him back. this happened several times.


i thought i had covered everything & made sure no one's feelings were going to be hurt, but now my best friend & the girl are mad at me.

Im abit of a lads chick. that doesnt mean i dress as a boy or act like a boy but i know my stuff about football and would rather a pint than an alco pop. I also dont like shopping for more than necessary, if i see it and like it i'll buy it, i dont need to see every other product in town to confirm my choice.
