That depends on two things - how old you are, and what your parents are like. No, make it three - where are they going to sleep.
If your an older teen, or young adult, and they are sleeping in the lounge or guest bedroom, then I can't see a problem. But if you are younger, or want to share a bed, or a bedroom, even if you tell your parents the "no sex" thing, I doubt it would happen.
Sort out what you are going to do, if and when your parents ask the questions, and then you have a better chance of them saying yes.
But if you want them to treat you as a mature person, then you have to act in a mature way. Express yourself without yelling, or resorting to "you never let me do anything" or "all my friends do it", or whatever is the current vogue amongst teens these days.
Let them know before hand if there is going to be loud music, drinking, or anything else that they might object to.

Honestly, it shouldn't even be an option. I know this is horrible, but as parents, they have to make decisions based on the most likely outcome....not the truth. Girlfriends have sleepovers, not girls and guys. If your parents are like most parents, they will not allow it to happen.

It's amazing that you think that you can ask your parents such a thing. Since you are convinced that you can maybe a direct approach is best. Ex. Mom Dad please let my friend and boyfriend spend the night next week. While you are asleep my friend is going to be the look out for us while we have premarital sex under your roof. Thank Mom, you're cool!

the best and appropriate way to do this would be not to. if you do though, you shouldf say that he can sleep in a different room than you and your friend
