I am 19.. My boyfriend is about to be 18 in less than a month. I live on my own, he still lives with his mom... But our moms are best friends!! My bestfriend and I started talking and decided it would be SO much fun to take a trip to Gatlinburg this winter break with our boyfriends... I talked to my mom about it and she said it would be a great idea.. But the only thing would be convincving his mom bc It is just me (19) my best friend (19) and her boyfriend (20) so noone that she would probably reaaly consider an adult.. But my mom said she would go with me to talk to his mom about it.. She's kinda strict though and I know she won't love that there's not someone older going, but my bestfriends mom is coming up for a day... And it would only be 3 nights 4 days.. But anyway, any tips on how to persuade her to say yes?

ok so im in 7th grade and i like a guy in 6th grade and i wanted 2 no if its ok 2 go out w/ a younger guy and then also i wrote the guy 2 notes and he didnt respond 2 1 of them not sure bout the other 1 and what can i do b-cuz he apaerntly hates me so how do i find out if he hates me and/or if he likes me thx 4 all the help but i just gave him the note at the beginning of the day and i dont c the 6th graders all day...
...o yea and 2 of his friends in 7th (my grade) told me he hated me but he doesnt act like a 6th grader he acts like hes in my grade and i ask him y and they said they dont know so i really hope he doesnt hate me

Ok theres this girl, me and my friends hang out where she is sometimes and she always looks at me and smiles. Every time I pass by her to go somewhere she looks at me and smiles and looks away likes shes embarrassed. what does it mean if my ex-boyfriend send me flowers on my birthday and signs the card with "love" and then his name? there is soooooooooooooooooo much more to the story than this. short version.....we just had a baby together, his mother (i think, but am pretty positive) wants him all to herself b/c he pays her bills, he has not seen the baby in over a month, he's admitted to being a momma's boy, ask me to marry him now has changed his mind and a lot of other things. anyways...why in the world would he send me flowers on my birthday? the arrangement even came with a teddy bear and hershey kisses!!! i'm so confused. i love him and care about him deeply, but have just gotten used to the idea of not being with him. i filed for child support too. i just know that if we were ever to get back together he would have to move out of his mother's house (it's actually his house). he has acted like he does not care, but sending me flowers? and remembering my birthday? i need some advice.

ok so theres this guy. ok and i REALLY like him and i think he likes me. tell me what you think. today he was in one of my classes and he got to pick where he wanted to sit but he picked to sit beside me, then he would smile at me, and he asked me this in a nervous voice. he sadi, so who are you going out with. and i said noone and then he would touch me and make me smile and i would smile back and he would look into my eyes. do you think he likes me?

hm where do i start....ok i want to ask my best friend to homecoming...heres the thing...i really like her, and i really do not think she likes me, because i heard her say so- not to me, but to her other friend- but, she has been closer to me than ever and it seems like she likes me by the way she acts-confusing i know-so im really mixed in my feelings....so, homecoming is coming up, and i want to ask her...but i can never find a time to be alone with her, becuase when we hang out its usually with our other friends, nor can i figure out a way to make it not seem awkward(we are best friends, and she knows me better than anyone) so im on the verge of just dumping the whole proposal and ask someone else... i mean, what if she says no, i couldnt bear our friendship to be all awkward ...idk, aww of course this has to happen to me...what should i do? should i ask her to homecoming our not?

My bf n i been together for almost 6 yrs. I cheated 7months ago.im easily persuaded. My bf was very hurt, in a lot of pain, didnt want to eat etc..He fought me back. I didnt want to see him hurt. I do love him. We r 2gether now, but he doesn't comfort me,always pick argument especially accuse me of still wanting to be with the other guy when i dont. I am faithful to him and have no secret. I comfort him always. Sometimes he is happy again like normal, then all of a sudden he is easily angered and brings back the past over and over again. He tells me that the only reason he stayed with me was because he loved me too much to let go, but at the same time he wants to let go. I think he is trying to make me hurt the same way i did to him. He says things like he wants to be with another girl/hes getting tired and gets very impatient of me then, I caught him emailing a girl.hes very faithful guy. i suggest to break up, he doesnt want to. I want us to be happy again, but he's making it hard.

I had a good second date with a guy on Saturday who said he would catch up with me the next day (Sun.) I texted him Sunday morning but he didn't respond. He had said Sat. that he was going in to work but would be done early.
I did not hear a peep from him until Wed. when he sent me an email saying he wasn't ignoring me, he was just busy with grad school apps and he didn't want me to forget about him.

Truth is that by Wed afternoon I had made the decision that he wasnt going to call and that I should forget about him and move on. I like this guy but both times we went out on the weekend I didn't hear from him till Wednesday. and twice he has said he would call the next day to make plans but didn't.

Should I respond to the email. If so what should the tone of the email be and what should I say?

Should I just not respond and see if he calls eventually?

last night i came home from a party to my boyfriend and he was very hard to get along with and very rude, he told me that i should just go to bed and leave him alone. i thought this was mean and uncalled for so i attempted to turn his chair around (he was on the computer) and he got really angry and grabbed my arms, so i told him not to grab me and pushed him away, this went on for a bit so i punched him in the ****. this didn't really help but it stopped him touching me. me and my boyfriend get along and have never been physically abusive towards eachother, this was really scary. he blames it on me drinking but i don't see that as the problem. i don't really know what to do, i've been with him for two years and this is the first time i've seen him like this. i'm so confused. i know i don't deserve to be treated like this but i don't know if i should forget and forgive or just leave. PS he was playing an online game on the computer, just in case you were wondering.. :S help

Ok here it goes, I have been seeing someone for 3 months and them themselves have been seperated for just about that same amount of time.

I have been a doormat to be quite honest, extremely
predictable and certainly no longer a challenge to the woman I am with.
I am so concerned with disagreeing with her because I don't want to upset her. I know that makes me a candy a**.
She attempted to break up with me last Sunday however we discussed it and said that she needs her space and time to deal with her sepreation.

Now then....
You know i'm a bit of a candy a** and a bit of a doormat, however looking at me or hearing the tone of my voice you wouldn't think this.
The relationship is to the point where I have to ask when we can hang out. She calls back when she wants as opposed to being on point in the beginning.

How should I change my demeanor and what should I do to right the ship?

HI, yesterday, I had an argument with my gf over the phone. It was just a small argument. So she said "if you make me mad again, I will go out with this guy named Alex, he has been asking me out many times, I 'll say yes if you make me mad".

I was disappointed. I always thought love shows respect and not being spiteful. If you are mad, then we can work it out, no need to go out with another guy. How would you feel and what would you do?

My boyfriend and I broke up mutually last week. No arguments; we parted as friends. The next day he has a new girlfriend. I'm not jealous or anything, I just feel a little worthless/rejected because it 'was' the next day. Even though it was a mutual break-up, am I allowed to be slightly ticked off or is that too immature? I have bi polar and i am not on medicine. I am waiting to get in with the doctor right now to get back on meds... which isnt a good enough excuse for how I act at times, at least not to me. My fiance's name is Jeremy. Anyway. We have been together for 3 years.Here is my situation. When I ask him to please not do something he DOESN'T listen and it drives me insane. For example today I didnt know he was going to lock the door to our new house when we were leaving and I left the key in the house. So he tried to break in with his ID and get in there and he was messing up the door because he was using that and a butter knife to try to get in. So he didn't listen. I tried yelling, which he gets mad at me for too but I just feel so frustrated that I feel I have to because he isn't listening! So then I told him he is acting stupid and he got REALLY mad at me, he hates when I say that but I cant help it, I have said it so much that now I say it out of habit. My 42 yr old boyfriend owns and runs a restaurant. Recently he flirted with one of his female employees in front of me. This flirting contained some sexual connotation. The 19 yr old employee returned his attention. He admitted to flirting with some of his other female employees as well. He says that's part of the restaurant culture. Normally I'm very cool about social situations, but this circumstance made me feel very uncomfortable. Perhaps because he's in a position of authority, maybe it's the age difference, it could also be that I came out of a relationship with infideltiy, so I could be feeling a wee sensitive. He's making me feel like I'm being unreasonable by saying I'm uncomfotable with it.

So what do you think? Is it ever okay to flirt with your employees? Am I overreacting? What about flirting with sexual connotations? Any ground rules?
