You know the answer to this in your own heart. Not to be corny.

It depends on the circumstances. If you've been in a relationship for a while & you really care about him, then it would be more than appropriate.
But if you don't actually know him (except for that one time when he said "Hi" in the hallway) you might want to rethink whether you'd be making a fool of yourself or not.
Just be careful & good luck!

it depends. I think that you should find a way to kind of trick him into telling you who he likes. What I did was I asked the boy who he liked and I promised that I would tell him who I liked. If he doesn't end up liking you make up a name, and say that that person is outside of school!

yea it is. the reason most guys dont say it first in a long term relationship is bc we are scared that the feelin isnt mutual. but be careful at you timing, i mean if the relationship isnt very old then it might scare him off.

Only if it's *him* that you love. :)
Let's hope he's shown you some love in return too, so he might respond in kind.
Oh and have the TV remote control at the ready. Handing that to him will *prove* your love!

It depends on your ages and how long you've known him.

If you only met last week, it might be a bit pre-mature.
