What is the best ideas out there? His friends have recently done magicians, go to Jungle, snake show, etc. I hope we can try something new that is held outside of our home. Any ideas? We have a budget around $200, and we live in San Francisco Bay Area.

When I was with my ask it was a good relationship. I got pregnant with his child and six months in my pregnancy he changed. He treated like gum on the bottom of his shoe. I finally told him to leave when are daughter was five months. I found someone new and so has he, but we always finds a way to try to interfere w/ my relationship. What's the nicest way, w/out harsh words to exchange, to tell him to move on?

I am currently living in CA (my bf said he would buy me the ticket and all) and now my mom has been trying to find reasons for me not to go and trying to make me feel like going to see him is a bad choice, but I want to see him! Then she says she wants to talk to him about this whole relationship we have and where it's going and all....but I am so afraid she's going to scare him off!! So what exactly do I do?

I am having a heart cath and stents procedure in about 9 hours and yet my mother just called me ( middle of the night) to start screaming at me about how i didn't stop an ice storm 2 years ago from ruining her stuff and then she starts telling me she hopes i die since i didn't save her stuff. Heck all my stuff, my sister's mothers stuff and my grandmothers stuff was ruined in the storm and yet she picks tonight of all nights to flip out on me. I told her i couldn't control the weather and that i couldn't deal with her problems right now and her reply was " Well i've never understood you anyhow so why don't you just die. I will be praying for your death". I am so upset that i just can't stop thinking about it and i can't sleep. Considering when i had surgery in Dec. i almost died ( my organs started shutting down) i can't believe what a cruel, heartless b**ch she is. I can't help believing she really wants me to die for something i had no control over. I know i need to calm down but how

i have experienced the death of two family members in less than two weeks. first my ex-husbands brother. i was close with him, but not that close, not family, like my grandfather that just went today, and that side of the family is a state away with drama. both had been sick and are in a more peaceful place now. however i am left with my grief.

i hate my mother inlaw cus she tries to dominate me&i let her.she without knocking comes in my room goes through stuff and tells me what to wear and if she wants to go out to peoples homes she makes me go im not the type of person who even listens to her own parents my nature is not to go out with MIL i want to do my own things not to mention she lies to my husband about me so we can fight, i finally put my foot down and wore what i wanted went only if i felt i had to go with her to homes..i cant stand her i hate her and she hates me.she gossips about me steals my stuff from my room and sings out loud when my husband fights with me,,i seriously cant stand that sleezball what should i do? i cant move out she says she wont let her son leave her,,due to her mental behavior she fakes sickness so her son runs to sit in her room plz i need advice..he loves me but she wants me out and im not gona leave so give me advice based on me sticking in the house with ALL of them

I hv a bf and we jz broke up last week..I don't know how to recover coz I wake up every morning and sleep at nyt weeping and I always remeber him. I do not believe that dreams have any value except to drive us crazy. Every once in a while, I dream of a dreamy situation with a great love. I wake feeling the feeling of being in love. There is a group of 6 guys on the fd that is sexually harrasing me. They grab my butt and boobs and make lots of obscene comments. I don't want to go to the cheif or cops cuz then these guys will make me misreble and i won't be able to stay with this fire department or any in the area cuz they will say "don't look at her or speak to her or she will tell." i am so tired of my momm yelling at me. for instance, i'm on sprin break after a semester of hard work, so im tired. She is out of town, so she calls me and says "HAVE YOU DONE YOUR RESEARCH PAPER!! AND SAT STUDY!!" and its not that i dont mind, but im relaixin and she calls yellin at me, and im jus tired of it. So i say "mom, please dont talk to me like that" big mistake, she yells at me, cancels my date with my boyfriend for friday nite and hangs up in my face. so i call her bak, tryin to be calm. she refuses to answer. i then keep calling and she never answers. Finally she answers, after not letting me get a word out, and yellin at me, she hangs up in my face again. i call her again, and she answers and says "if u call me imma ground u for the rest of the month!!" and hangs up in my face again. i dont understand how my mother, who loves me so much, culd be content with herself treating me like this and then hanging up in my face. i wanna be strong, but i cant. i dont knw wat to do

I believe in unconditional love but only when it pertains to one's children. We put conditions on every other relationship we have, but our children can do anything and we will still love them. I don't believe in unconditional love when it comes to marriage, there are definite conditions that we both must adhere to, to maintain & nurture our love.

I am a stay at home mom. I do all the house work. I do not mind this, my husband works very hard and should not have to wash dishes or do laundry. My problem is with the little things. He won't refill the ice tray or the water pitcher. THings like that drive me crazy and I have tried expaining it to him, but he doesn't do it. What should I say to him that will make him do these little things? I cannot even get him to put the plates in the correct sink!

Here is the deal: I was top of my Lawschool class, had a great job and then I decided to start teaching instead, sacrificing a great salary for personal satisfaction. I don't regret it one bit. I have helped some of my students overcome things like anorexia and insecurity, but every time my brother calls he says that I am a waste of intelligence and that I shouldn't have gone to Law School only to end up being a teacher.
It hurts like hell, not because I regret my choice, but because he basically thinks I am a loser and a waste of talent.
How would you tell him to just lay off that topic?
He does the same with the baby issue...I am trying to conceive and he calls me every month to see if I am pregnant, which only makes it worse, cause it is beginning to stress me out.
