There is a group of 6 guys on the fd that is sexually harrasing me. They grab my butt and boobs and make lots of obscene comments. I don't want to go to the cheif or cops cuz then these guys will make me misreble and i won't be able to stay with this fire department or any in the area cuz they will say "don't look at her or speak to her or she will tell." What are some things I can do that will make these guys respect me more? Just remember my career is on the line

You have to go to the cops, these guys are committing a criminal act against you. you don't deserve degradation. Perhaps a transfer is in order. Either way you are a minority in this situation and it will be a hard road to navigate no matter what. Besides it you allow them to grab your butt and boobs, what will they do next, how far will they take it. You have to stop this. My husband says to tape it and send it to their wives and girlfriends, not a bad idea.

You have to go to the cops. Its harrasment. If you dont then whos knows where it could lead for them, where are they gona stop? where will they draw the line? You dont know. they cant get away with it. You are there do to your job, not put up with this treatment from men who should know better.
