they complain if the heat is too high. They complain if I close my doors too loudly. Everything I do seems to be 'just awful' and they don't tell me, they tell the landlord... what do I do if they complain when the baby is born? I am not transfering tension on my baby for crying... I am not moving.. I love this place and location.. plus moving takes money that I need for baby right now. They can complain.. but they can't do much as far as I understand, i can just call the landlord tenant board and say that babies have right to make noise, just like I have a right to close my porch doors at a regualr noise level... Right???

My neighbors yell and scream and swear at their kids daily and chase them around the house. I live below them. Somedays I can't even take a nap. I complained to the landlord and they told her they dont' swear or yell at their kids!'. I complained again. They ended up with 3 written warnings and they were still denying it and continued on with this behavior. They landlord finally got mad and told us both to stop complaining!! She said it was their word against mine and to just stop. So I wrote her a note saying that I understand she is frustrated and will not complain again, and instead I would start recording the noise so I had proof. I mentioned that I do have a right to peace in my own home. That very day the neighbors shut up! maybe someone called Social services or maybe the landlord showed them the note. They still are loud and swear at their kids, but not as bad. SO if I DON'T record things, will the landlord think that I was lying after all?

My best friend's only brother, 26 yrs old and recently engaged, was flying a plane, and had just gotten his pilot's license last Spring. Something went wrong and he did a nose dive and crashed, died. I am so torn up about it. He was such a good person, so ambitious, and didn't deserve to die so young and so tragically. I don't know what to say to comfort her. She is devastated, and I could barely make out what she was saying over the phone. I went to see her at home and she was curled up on the floor sobbing hysterically. I just held her and cried with her. I felt so bad for not saying anything at all. What could I have said? His funeral is in 2 days and I want to be there for her through the grieving process.

I am 21 now...help.
Note: i have never cheated on him or given him a reason to act this way.

I have a close close old friend , we met when we were both 16 and have had pretty much parallel lives , so when i moved out at 19 it was a little odd when she didn't come with . Now on our 23 rd birthdays she admits to me that she's really wanted to but , being that it's not in her nature to not just figure things out on her own didn't tell me what was really going on . Her mother has piled bills on her backed by various threats , so many so that she's had to sell her car to get out of the hole . Her father says that if she moves out they'll stop helping her pay for school (college)and expect her to pay them back up to this point . It seems i don;t know what to tell her , has anyone been in the situation or does anyone have any advice for us on how to help her move out and still be able to go to school ?

My girlfriend and I were together for over 2 year already. I was very much in love with her. She is in love with me also. I started dating her since she was a freshman and I was a senior. Now, she is a junior and I am in college. 5 days ago, we had sex. 2 days ago, I broke up with her because I caught her cheating with another guy. I was very heartbroken when I saw her with him. and now, she is going to charge me for statutory rape. But I wasn't forcing her to have sex with me. It was a mutual decision. During the act, she never told me to stop. I just hope that she isn't pregnant for what I did though.

There was this girl I always liked and admired in high school which was 6 years ago from the first time I saw her. Five months ago I expressed my love for her and was glad when she accepted it. I have been dating this girl for 5 months and she has everythingthat I and every guy can want very pretty, nice body, nice personality, and smart. To some extent, she is pressuring me a little to sleep with her. Like last 2 months we have did some sexual stuff like strip naked for each other but we have not had sex. In my head I want to sleep with her because I feel comfortable with her and she is pretty but in my heart I just think that im rushing too much because she is the first girl that really liked me and I feel like internal pressure from myself because in high school I was teased because i was fat and nerdy but is not like that any more after 3 years graduating from high school. What should I do?

I am considering a move there with my son, who will be starting school soon. Can you tell me anything about the town--crime problems, areas to avoid, what the town is really like, etc. Please do not provide a link to the city hall or the convention bureau, I have already seen those. I want a true persons impression. The final towns in the running to move to ( for comparison) are: Ames, IA--Iowa City, IA--Lancaster, PA--Concord, NH--Silver City, NM--Santa Fe, NM--Lincoln, NE

Ed doesn't get his mail at our house, he gets it at a PO BOX so that I won't see it.
I know nothing about his finances or his budget. I would like to know so that I can plan accordingly and not expect too much or too little; He freaks if I come within a few feet of his computer and immediately minimizes to his desktop. He is on the computer for hours every day, I don't know what he does!
The only time I ever snooped in 18 years was when he was having an affair that he said he wasn't having. He has always kept all but the most mundane to himself or I should say me.
We have been together many years.
How can he expect a woman to be warm and tender, trusting and committed and FORGIVING when he gets angry with me when I want to share his life?

Since i was 5 or 6 years old if i'm not mistaken,i have a sudden interest in either watching tv that shows dramas or movies that has a hero performing CPR on the heroine to revive her back to life either due to drowning, asphixiation, heart attack, etc. until now.I also loves to read medical books with CPR illustrations(female as the victim) when i go to the library.Sometimes i did mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and chest compressions on my wife for fun.My wife does admit that i'm kinda weird for choosing this as a fetish but later on she does'nt mind at all.She said she love it to since she get used to it for quite a long time.I do worry if i might broke her ribs or even interupt her normal heart rythm while doing chest compressions on her but so far she's ok.Seriously i love her so much and really don't want her to get hurt just because of my weird fetish. Is this something normal for a men to have such a fetish? If it's normal/not normal, can you guys tell me what's the logic for such?

In august me and my ex-boyfriend of two years decided to end our relationship. I loved him and it seemed as though he loved me. Since then we haven't been friends but we haven't been enemys either. The other night he called at 1am and asked could he come over, I said no politely because I wasn't in the mood for him. My best friend in the whole world called me today and told me my ex was at her job trying to sleep with her. He told her that he has always liked her and blah blah blah. I am really hurt by this. Even though I don't want him he knows she is my bestfriend and he intentionally went to find her. He told her to keep it a sercet but he knew she would tell me. Did he do this to hurt me? Or does he really have feelings towards her. I feel really low right now

I mean i love him still and always will. we were best friends before we dated...and then we got engaged. i mean we were together for 4 years...Everyone says time. well what if time isnt going fast enough. what if it just made up depressed...the friends you had wont talk to you now because they dont want to get in the middle...or they are his friends more...(one reason we arent together his friends influenced him to be single). everything reminds you of the two of you together...and he says well lets just be friends...how do you deal with that one
