My girlfriend and I were together for over 2 year already. I was very much in love with her. She is in love with me also. I started dating her since she was a freshman and I was a senior. Now, she is a junior and I am in college. 5 days ago, we had sex. 2 days ago, I broke up with her because I caught her cheating with another guy. I was very heartbroken when I saw her with him. and now, she is going to charge me for statutory rape. But I wasn't forcing her to have sex with me. It was a mutual decision. During the act, she never told me to stop. I just hope that she isn't pregnant for what I did though.

I hope for her sake she's not stupid enough to actually go to the police.
You might let her know that
a) you saw her with the other guy - sounds like you can make some police reports too - against him/
b) the police will actually ask questions and are trained to find out liars
c) the police are used to dealing with stupid girls who think they can charge their bf with rape. The police knows what actual rape is. She doesn't. She will learn what the penalty for falsely reporting crimes is.

Not sure how this will play out for you, however I do hope that you learn a lesson from it. Some girls are just like this and there isn't much you can do about it. I hope that they do not press charges, however if she does be honest when you talk with whoever honesty should go a long way. Let them know that you caught her with another boy and that since you broke up with her because of it she is trying to get you in trouble for revenge.
