He no longer takes care of himself. He's just too comfortable and does things that embarrass me. I am afraid I might break off the relationship.How do I let him know how I'm feeling without hurting his feelings

Ask him if you can have an honest heart-to-heart talk. If so, just let him know that there are some things he is doing that embarrass you.
I've been married for many years now. There are things my husband does now that he never did when we were dating. I guess it's because he feels so comfortable around me now. But sometimes, I have to call him on something and let him know that it's not appealing.

Just mention things like "oh look at this shirt, that would look so nice on you, I just love it when you dress up for me" or Buy him a nice cologne and tell him you can't keep your hands off him, he smells so good. He should take the hint, but if not, just mention that you miss those things and would love to see him looking all hot like the stud he is. Good luck

It's difficult to avoid hurting someone's feelings when you have to tell them something that they may feel is criticism. Just be gentle, but honest. Start out by saying that it is not your intent to hurt them, but you feel that you cannot go on living like this as he is pushing you away. Then proceed with the problems.

ask him" what happened to the guy i fell in love with?" tell him you miss that person. could be, this is the real him. i don't think you'll embarrass him if you say it nicely.

you should be able to talk to him about anything.give him hints about his self and the things he do.if he ignore the signs just come right out and tell him.

You cant.....but...it's time to move on...they all do it tho...this is why you shouldnt get married.
