Yes it is normal, in that it has happened before and can happen again, however, whether it is acceptable is another story - if you do not want this it is your right to say so since it is your home. And please speak up before things get out of hand.

no its not normal, its using someone, its controlling, so why do u allow it, as u will be sorry later for allowing it. get rid of him, as if u give him an inch he will take a mile.
