I do not believe that dreams have any value except to drive us crazy. Every once in a while, I dream of a dreamy situation with a great love. I wake feeling the feeling of being in love. I feel guilty for these dreams and for the good feelings that comes with the dreams. How do I get rid of the feelings that come with these dreams?

Why do you feel guilty? Enjoy the dream. It's your brain's way of connecting to your heart. You're getting a "freebie".

Consider that most people have nightmares or dream about working their jobs all night. You're very fortunate in that your dream world is so fulfilling.

Dream on.

It's torture, isn't it? I find that if I make sure I concentrate on a specific thing, like work or a novel, just before I go to sleep, I dream about that instead.
