my husband lied to me and told me he was going to his dads house and i found out that he got an apartment and has moved a girl down he just met from another state. ive asked him if hes happy and he said no. they show no public affection unless they know i can see it. i can tell by the way he looks at her that he doesnt love her hes stuck. i took him to court over an epo and he told me that she was pregnant.. but is she really?she would have to have gotten pregnant the very first week she was here.ive always asked him for the last two months for a divorce and he never says anything about it.he makes 2k a month and he can afford a lawyer why doesnt he get a divorce?if shes pregnant and shes worth giving up everything for then why not get the divorce? what is he holding on to?does he still love me and want to come back or is he afraid that she will wanna get married if he gets the divorce?everytime i ask him to call me he does.in court all he does is stare at me, its like he wants to talk

Is it really a bad thing since they may never meet or even lay eyes on each other?

Or is it really OK since it is just something they do for entertainment, like some people get into gaming on line?

Me and my broyfriend have been together for almost 10 months. The very first moment I saw him I knew he would change my life somehow. We were really good friends for about 4 months before we started dating. Since we have known each other a lot of drastic things have happened in my life that one would think he would leave me for, but he stood by me through every moment of it. He is always there for me when I need him. When I listen too my heart it tells me that he is the perfect guy for me and that I will never love someone as much as I love him. We started talking about getting married and have even set a date in about 8 months. He hasn't formally proposed, and states that at the one year mark he will make things definate. Either way we are still planning on getting married in May. Every part of me tells me that this is the best thing to happen to me and I am the luckiest girl in the world. I pretty much just want to know if you think that we are moving too fast or not.

The ex knows about the fiance and is trying to get my friend back from him. The fiance is a very nice man who recently lost his wife. He is spending tons of money on my friend (travel, jewelry, paying all her bills). The ex has no money and they divorced because of his cheating on her during 25 years of marriage. She can't decide who to choose and is shopping for houses with both. I feel really bad for the fiance and wonder if I should tell him what is going on?
My husband passed away 5 1/2 years ago after 40 yrs. of marriage. I am starting to finally want to be with someone again and wouldn't mind dating the fiance myself. By the way, we are all in our 60's.

This is related to my earlier question.

My husband used his lawyer daughter who is the same age as I am, 28, to look up information about a man I was interested in seeing after I filed for divorce and moved out of the house.

His daughter came over, and I don't know if he convinced her, or she volunteered, but she used websites that law firms have access to in order to find out private informaiton/financial/divorce settlements of the person I was interested in seeing.

The issue is that his daughter works for her uncle's law firm, so even if she came to our house, used her passcode to the website, and let her father know the info, is it illegal? And if so, even if her uncle were the one handling the divorce, what could really be done about it? He used the informaiton as a weapon to make me come back to him.

I could go far to into things. I'll be breif. I was suspect of infidelity but chose to not accept this. Realizing now it would have been better to bring it out in the open and deal with the lies and wrong. My wife left - abruptly- has not spoke with me and took my children away. i am allowed to see them every other week for three hours. I am sad and lonely of not my own accord -although owning 50% of the end product. I want to start over, be me and with another but , one thing. I still love my ex? dearly and would do anything for what was. I know its time to move on but ,I was with her for almost twenty ( 18 very good although difficult ) years. I am having trouble not talking or concluding anything. kinda vague but my heart doesnt have it to be remorseful/angry. Thank you peace allways

My fiance and I have been together 8 years, last three of which have been spent with him in or recovering from chemotherapy treatments. I have been supportive and put my needs on the back-burner for the most part. Our sex life obviously has not been great these last three years, even though we're in our late 20's, due to the effects of his chemotherapy on his sex drive. I found out yesterday he has been masterbating to online porn. I am hurt and saddened by his confession. If we had a fullfilling sex life I would not mind him satisfying himself....but I am the one left frequently unsatisfied. (Don't get me wrong, when we do have sex it is great, we just don't do it very often.) I am ready willing and able to have sex almost anytime, anywhere. I feel like I've put my needs on hold these last few years and now that's he's back and able to get back in the game, I find out he's turning his sexual desires (which I thought were not here) to porn. Am I irrational to feel hurt by this?

He has a very attractive assistant with whom he works closely for at least 10 to 13 hours a day. Since they work similar hours, according to my husband, they are socializing together after work and on weekends. They often drive each other home after a long day and pick each other up first thing in the morning. I am very angry by his refusal to see how this is threatening our marriage. He says he likes woman companionship, he is doing nothing wrong, and I should deal with my issues. I am not accusing him of having sex with her...but he is developing an intimacy that supercedes our marriage. Because he is so stressed, I get literally 5 min. a day to fill him in on the kids and other issues at home. He just repeats that he has done nothing wrong and he needs to go out after a long grueling day and she does too. I feel like hanging up the towel as I am hurt to the core. How can he not see that he is recreating a marriage for himself away, and made me his assistant at home?

Okay here's the story...about a year ago my husband went on vacation back home without me. A friend of his introduced him to his girlfriend and her friend who's husband was deployed so she hung out with them a lot. I guess the couple this girl and my husband went out together on several occassions, which I wasn't a huge fan of. She then sent him a friend request on myspace and after he got home proceeded to email him a lot. I told him how much I didn't like it and it seemed weird that she got so 'friendly' after hanging out for like two weeks...he agreed and that was that. Then, just the other day I was taking a peek at my husband's myspace account and this chick had sent him an email out of nowhere (she hasn't been in touch with him for at least 6 months or so). The email, in my eyes, was incredibly inappropriate. She told him how she never ever has sex dreams, but had one starring him and she thanked him for putting a smile on her face all day and hoped that it made him smile too. Seriously?? Oh, and this girl is married. I'm pretty peeved about the email and was wondering what you guys think of the situation? I can't really say anything to my husband cause then it just looks like I was snooping in his myspace....bad I know....

I want a marriage and the more I try the farther he pulls away. We bought a weight set to work out together, but he won't work out with me. He complains if I use the weights cause he can't remember what weight he had on the bar. We bought Golf glubs to play golf. I even went for golf lessons to be able to at least hit the ball. Now he won't even go drive balls with me. For our anniversary we bought a purebred German Shepard for showing and pet. Now, because the dog prefers me, I walk him, feed him, play with him, pet him, my husband won't have anything to do with him. So he gets another dog, now he won't have anything to do with her, because once again she prefers me. I walk her, feed her, play with her, groom her, he won't and has never done anything with her, except yell at her. He smokes an oz. of pot a week and I feel that thats his wife, his best friend. He will be 62 soon. Help! I don't know how to deal with this. Before u ask, no I don't do pot with him. Any ideas?

My daughter will be 2 in November and doesn't remember him actually last time she saw him she cried because he scared her. I want a divorce but can't find him. He ran to Oregon from California because he missed his felony charge court dates for holding an illegal substance. And is living in An R.V. they put out an APB for him in Oregon and in California. He hasn't payed any child support, and if they catch him he will go to prison for 2 years if not more for being a felon.

I have moved on with my life, I moved to New Jersey from California, because I met someone I am completely in love with that my daughter calls daddy. She loves him and we want to get married.

So I guess my question is this, how do I divorce him if I can't find him, so I can marry this wonderful man who loves me, and my daughter as if she was his own.

All I want is to be happy and rid of the past, please someone help me!!!!!!

Ok, my husband and I have been having issues for a year or so now and we had a really good talk and a getaway and worked things out. I've recently found out that he confided to a GIRL friend of mine absolutely everything that we were dealing with--details that I would never have wanted anyone to hear. I am so humiliated and since we live in a small town, I feel like everyone knows. He calls this girl his best friend and says that since I wouldn't be emotionally intimate with him, that he had to connect with someone. I don't trust him anymore. I'm embarassed. I feel like everyone knows. Am I overreacting? How do I let this go? What should I say to him? He's made me feel as if this is my fault.
