my husband lied to me and told me he was going to his dads house and i found out that he got an apartment and has moved a girl down he just met from another state. ive asked him if hes happy and he said no. they show no public affection unless they know i can see it. i can tell by the way he looks at her that he doesnt love her hes stuck. i took him to court over an epo and he told me that she was pregnant.. but is she really?she would have to have gotten pregnant the very first week she was here.ive always asked him for the last two months for a divorce and he never says anything about it.he makes 2k a month and he can afford a lawyer why doesnt he get a divorce?if shes pregnant and shes worth giving up everything for then why not get the divorce? what is he holding on to?does he still love me and want to come back or is he afraid that she will wanna get married if he gets the divorce?everytime i ask him to call me he does.in court all he does is stare at me, its like he wants to talk

hey everyone thank you for the answers they helped out alot you wouldnt beleive it needed someone to tell me shut up and get a divorce lol. nita i like your answer it made me feel good thanks girl. see my husband left me becuase i wanted him to spend more time with me so i bothered him about it all the time he wanted to stay on the internet all day long and not spend time with me. he always used to ask why do you hate me being on the net for well lets see youve cheated on me this one makes 15 times honest to god i swear on bible and all them been internet girls. well this one was stupid enough to move to kentucky to be with him from oragon. i dont want him back but its hard to let go of someone youve been in love with for 7 years for me thats a 1/3 of my life. but i got two jobs now and one of them requires me to travel im a model for walmart and other department stores so i know i can find someone else. thanks again everyone for your help you are godsends.

he is trying to have cake and eat it too. if you have little income find out if you have a legal aid society and they can help you with the divorce. if he really wanted to get back with you, why would you want to? he is not worthy of your love and affection.and let her have him. the only reason he is staring at you is because he knows he messed up and feels sorry for himself. he was weak and will be continually. move on and god bless.

This is all messed up!! It means your husband is a liar and a cheat. Evidently he got some hussy pregnant and now he stuck with that major issue. I have no idea why you care what he is thinking...HE IMPREGNATED ANOTHER WOMAN!! He doesn't want a divorce because he knows he will have to pay out the *ss.

Well, do you really want him back in your life after all that? Sounds like it, and I don't know why. You don't have to wait on him to initiate a divorce. You can go do it yourself and have him sign off on the papers. But, I would NOT try to get back with this dude...

You can't be real, if he is with a woman then go get the must needed divorce. Even if he says he loves you, you know it is not true.

I know my ex wanted to hang onto it as long as possible. He left me for young GF, but he wasn't secure with her. He knew what he could expect from me after 22 years. Too, after 22 years of me trying to hold things together thru the worst of everything, it was hard for him to accept that I didn't want anything to do with him any more. I don't think he thought that would ever be possible.

talk to him and see whats up then ask r u happy with her or would u rather stay with me and im getting the divorce ask if he can get his friend to do it because if he cant adored it then y get an apartment he stuped
