I was taught that your tummy feeling as you call it, is your gut telling you to beware. You should follow your gut! Think about it and come up with a plan so you can follow them sometime, or have someone else follow them and take pictures if needed for proof. It would be devastation to find out that your mother would do such a thing, but if you really didn't think so, your tummy wouldn't be feeling so funny now would it?

This feeling you have in the pit of your stomach could actually be because you know something's wrong instinctively. Women have very good intuition and when they feel something is wrong, it usually is.
I would bring it out into the open and speak to my husband about it - saying that you don't trust the situation. Ask him to be honest about what is happening and that you don't want him to lie, no matter how it hurts - you need to know that you are not being betrayed by your mother.
Don't just leave it and let it eat at you this way.

You don't 'confront' him. You ask him out on a date! That's it! You simply ask him if he would like to spend time with you and get to know each other better and then just see what he says. You don't need anyone else but the inner you that carries all the stregnth and ignores the fear. Good Luck!

Pay attention to that feeling in your tummy...it is part of your female intuition....and if you feel that something isn't right with how much time your husband is spending with your mother...then there probably is something going on...Follow them when they go out.

I'd listen to my gut instinct, and I would probably follow them or get someonelse to follow them. This way you can be sure. It is definately not something that you would think your own mother would do to you but anything is possible.
GOOD LUCK.

I would ask my husband if she suggested more than shopping or walking. And why you don't let her stay home with the baby and you go out with your husband.

Go with them, don't let them be alone together. Your tummy feelings are usually right.

maybe psychological(you might not trust one of them) try to follow them or try to be with them and if you catch some strange action then maybe you start to be careful of letting them close to each other...

If you're so immature that you can't even trust your husband to be alone with your mother for fear of infidelity, I wonder why you got married to begin with- And why your MOTHER is having to help your husband buy groceries... How old are you??
Get counseling.
