Yes, because no matter the ceremony or country in which it is performed, you are married. He is not only committing bigamy, and taking cheating to a whole new level, he's dishonoring you and the vows you made to each other. Contact the authorities.

So long as its only under Islamic rights but he has not tried to legally register this other woman as his spouse then its not legally bigamy.

In the UK this is bigamy. Islamic Law not recognised and therefore cannot over-rule UK Law.

Of course he's a bigamist and you need to report this.
It doesn't matter whether it was Islamic rights or whatever, if you are here in Britain then that's not allowed.
