...My husband and I got saved and redeicated my life 2 years ago. He has been struggling with his drinking but he told me that he was delivered. I learned 3 weeks ago that he started partying, clubbing, drinking and smoking all over again. I love him and want to be with him but he is making it hard for me to live holy for God because I have some of these desires myself. He stays out until all hours of the night and I am miserable. What do I do?

My husband of one year just recently found out that he may have a 3-yr old daughter. The mother of the child seems very willing to work out child support, and custody arrangements between the two of them, if paternity comes back positive. She even is willing to go to court and have the arrangements set in stone... I guess my question is... Is this normal? Or maybe the quiet before the storm? I hear so many stories, and terrible things that happen in these situations. Has anyone been in this situation? Any bad or good stories? I would love any feedback you may have. Thank you.

my mother &father inlaw owned a resort for 30 years.when i married my husband, i started to work there , this is my 8th year.they sold the resort last year. the woman i work for now, is always pulling me aside, and scolding me for something small, like 1 pine needle was left on the kitchen floor. this resort is way out in the wilderness, and pne needles are a part of life. her husband has a great sence of humor, and is always joking with us, and talking to us. if she sees this, she immeadiatly cuts him off and says( GET BACK TO WORK) her last worker, before me walked out on her in mid season, she called me, begging for my help, so i did, am i wrong for wanting to walk out to? why is she so mean to me?

I love my wife and she is naturally beautiful. Not just to me either... she is a real stunner!. The problem is she wears ALOT of makeup. I don't like it. She ignores my preference for much less, and sometimes has become angry when I tell her she looks great without so much and I would like her to wear less.

Is there any way I might get what I want?

He hinted that he loves me already. And I love him, too.
One day,he held my hand and said that he was regret that he had a wife.I know he means it's not posible for us to be together.I always try to forget him but I cann't.I always think about him and I can't concentrate on my study.I often ignore him and want to let him feel that I don't love him.But when he ignored me too and played with other girl happily, I was very sad.One day he saw a boy was talking with me,he said that I was playing love game. After that,he always talk with other girls cheerfully.I was very miserable.

When I was two my mom left my father in the middle of the night in Dallas and moved home to Des Moines Iowa, to raise us (me and my brother) around her family. He met someone two years later in Dallas and moved to Seattle with her and had another child he never really helped financially or with anything and he thinks that he is right because she is the one who left. True she did, but that doesn't excuse not helping, does it? I need closure.

Okay this guy I know name Ron, placed a date add on line and where it said material status he said he was a widow/wider. I was like ok, I feel so sorry for him. We dated 6 months. During this time I asked about his ex wife. He told me that they DIVORCED BEFORE SHE DIED. I was like what? Then I told him to his face that he wasn't a widow/widower that you have to be married to her when she died in order to become one and since they were divorced at the time of her death that he was not one. He said, that he just puts that up there because of her. and that he is.

He has just updated his yahoo profile and he placed it there too. HMMMMM Is this guy nuts are trying to use this as a way to get women to feel sorry for him so that they will date him?

My next question is who is right him or me and why?

Thanks for your answers

Whenever I try to talk to my husband, I can't seem to get him to understand without him getting defensive and telling me that it's not HIS fault. We are having a serious communication breakdown. He told me that I'm making everyone miserable, and maybe I am, but I am so frustrated that things just get blown out of proportion and escalate. He never takes responsibility for anything - nothing is ever his fault.

How can I try and tell him that I feel like I'm under his thumb and can't do anything - I am a stay at home mom and I got it thrown in my face that HE makes the house payment, so I should leave if that's what I want. I have two small children.

I'm also very sick and tired of always having to be around his family - my mom died 3 years ago and I am so lonely. I've got no one on my side. It sounds like I'm whining but I am not. I am one of the strong-natured people, but I am so lost without her.

A disinterested third party would be a welcome "intervention".

During our separation I traded in our van for and explorer. We had been separated for 3 months. I was driving a van her parents let me drive but it was never put in my name. When I bought the new vehicle I had it put only in my name.Since we were separated I thought it better to start putting everything in my name. When I gave her the explorer after I bought it I told her it was hers because I was driving the van. I have custody of the five kids through this whole separation. She was living with her parents and had no kids. I gave her the truck with the understanding that we would be back together when we worked things out.
Today it is a year and a half later and we are going to get a divorce. I have taken the explorer back and gave the van back to her parents. Figured she would drive the van since she is living with them. She has shown poor judgement drinking and driving the explorer many times. since the explorer is only in my name and I have the kids full time, shouldn't I get it?

I mean, i feel like she deserves better, because i am stubborn and she says i am too hard. I don't try to be hard, but i tell her i am who i am and i was like this when she married me, so now she wants me to be all sweet and i just can't. I really don't know what to do , stay or go. I guess its true when men say you can never please a woman.

I'm so worried about getting married. I am 23 and it seems like all of my friends that have gotten married are divorced and/or not happy with their Significant Other. Granted, most of them married at a young age and usually young marriages don't last. Anyway, I just want to know if anyone out there is in a HAPPY marriage and what you do to keep it happy? How did you know that your partner was right for you?

If a smokin hot guy/cutie comes up to you and says you're beautiful or compliments you..

Would you accept it?

would you give him a chance to impress you and have a convo with him?

would you go on a date with him?

Any advice out there?

I've been seeing a man for 5 years now.We are both in our 40's. We met when he was still married and I was recently divorced. He is now divorced too and we have a great thing. Neither of us want to marry until my children are out of the house; they are teenagers. We both always put our children first and see each other when we can. My problem is this... he does not want me to be around his children. One daughter is 20 and the other is 11. The older one thinks of me as the woman who broke up her parent's marriage and the little one doesn't know anything about me. He says I would be a wonderful example for them and he knows they would like me if given a chance but he doesn't want to confuse or upset them, so we keep our lives separate from theirs. I haven't made an issue about it because I understand in a way that he is trying to protect them. Still, sometimes it makes me feel very bad that he won't share this part of his life with me. Any suggestions?

What can I do. As in recent questions I have said i've been seeing this guy for nine months (Mark), he's 45 and im 43. The problem is his brother(Jeff), gives a lot of signs showing me that he likes me, and i don't have an interest in him, but this is causing trouble between me and Mark. I don't know what to do, I can't ignore Jeff. But when I say hi or something, Mark gets these spurts of jealousy. Help!

After 8 months her dad finally started paying child support but he still don't came to see her or call to check on her. Recently I found out that he was going behind my back to file for visitation rights. Even though I always give him oppertunities to come see her. She doesn't really know him and we got an a argument and he said he was going to take her from me. What rights does he have if his name is not on her birth certificate. He has way more money than I do and said that he has a lawyer. I'm afraid that he's going to take her and I don't know what I should do I can't afford a lawyer. Any advice would be helpful.
