She is mad at something that I've said, but I'm not sure what it is.

My boyfriend and father of my son, has a problem controlling his temper and he always accuses me of cheating on him and like every six months or so we will get into a huge fight and he will get physical with me. Twice now I have had him arrested. We just went through it again and again he is appologising saying he will never do it again and has agreed to get counsiling. I just don't know that he will ever change and I worry about my son growing up in that kind of environment. Then just the other night he asked me to marry him when all of this settles.
Has anyone ever been in a relationship like this and did it work out.

Has no relationship with the child but he pays child support monthly. Has not seen the child in a very long time. The child would like to see him, but he has no interrest. I have been to court twice and spent $$$$ and been in and out of mediation. Not working. I think the best thing would be termination, but how?

i am amrried to a mid eastern man for 9 years. he went to visit his family back home for 2 months. i wanted to go, but i couldn't because of the business we have. he just got back and he seems different, he wants to move back home, whatever his plans are, i feel they will not be with me. we have no kids so it is easy for him. he doesn't seem happy to see me. i waited and counted the days he would come back. worked hard for him while he was gone. he came across some opportunities in business overseas, and now hw doesn't seem to care about what is here, me included. i don't know if he found another girl back there. if i try to ask questions he will be mad. there is no wat to confront or talk to him. i love him and i don't know what to do. please dont give me rude answers, this is serious. thank you

Sorry I'm new at this, My boyfriend isn't the only problem in this story as to why I want to move. Let me explain:He has a lot to with why I want to go, He smokes, He doesn't have any sence of inthusiasm and he is the biggest momma's boy.She pays his truck ins. and cell phone bill and he works with his parents.He never wants to help watch our son and I can only work sertain hours which sux for me because his money is his and mine mine and that was his disision.I have just had enough his mom tried to take over roll as mommy when our son was born up untill now she is still trying to buy his love.I just don't know what to do but that is why I was asking about moving to another state if I'de get in trouble because if I tell him where I'm going he will stock me and I'm scared he might do something crazy and he has threatened to kill himself,what should I do?

My boyfriend asked me to marry him, but I think he may be joking...He says things like I'm his soulmate and he wants to be with me forever. I don't know what his intentions are. I am with him all the time and I'm afraid I'm too needy. People say I'm codependent and have to have everything my way and that I need people to define me...so I don't know if it's a good idea. I recently bought a house after the divorce but now I am thinking about selling it. I am stay at home mom and can either stay at home for a few years in my new house or move back in with my mom and have a lot of money to invest and have a good time with. Plus if I move in with my mom I will have a lot more freedom since she is willing to babysit if I wanted to go on a date. What would you do?

My boyfriend has recently asked for time alone, for time to think as we had an argument about our relationship and our future. I never realised that it could be such a big deal when I ask him a simple question like whether he sees in me in the future. He told me he feels under pressure. He has not been in contact with me for the last 2 weeks, what should I do? I don't understand why men need time alone and time to think? Does he not love me anymore and does not want to be with me? I know a girl who was divorced in December and starting dating her guy friend in Feb. They were friends for 7 years and went out in groups just as friends. They lived states apart. They seem like a great couple, but how long does it take to get over divorce. Her husband didn't want kids and fell out of love with her. I cheated on my husband one time before we were married or even engaged. He has always suspected that I cheated on him with my best friend from work and I have always denied it. After our son was born I finally came clean because he kept questioning me about it. Now he is leaving. I thought he loved me enough to forgive me. Apparantly I was wrong.
