It depends--do you have a lawyer? It also depends on the judge=I divorced years ago with 4 girls and I only was awarded $6.00 a week--pretty pathetic and he was employed-shortly after when I tried to get that money he quit his job then over the past 13 years I have received approx. 200. total=when they find him he quits his job--sad but true=wish I had of had a lawyer--now my kids live off my measly income and he is scott free and I have 4 girls to put through college.
