my ex husband ditched me for another gal... then i got married to my family friend --- a divorcee (but his papers were not through) - he was mentally ill - only after getting into relationship - i got to know - i was tortured to death - so i left him - as the marriage was illegal - now the confusion is - i never had a smooth family life - am i still eligible to think of marring anyone??? as i find all guys r ready to love - but when it comes to marriage they run off. - hiding behind their parents... what's in store for me -- i donno

I am on an H1B visa and my wife is on H4. We will going to my home country shortly and have scheduled an interview for our Visa stamping. I dont want my spouse to come with me to the USA. How can I stop her from coming here legally?. Do I have to inform INS.? I am sure she will try her best to come here , even if I leave her there. Do I have to inform the local police.?

My husband has a habit that has eaten away at him for 2 years and is now starting to hurt our marriage. Is there any way to encourage him to seek help without further hurting us and still telling him I love him? While I would rather not be more specific on a public forum, it is something that affects only him except very recently, and the recent turn of events that affect our marriage will hurt him far more than me. He needs some kind of intervention or something. I am committed to him, but I don't even like to be around him anymore because of this.

my husband is always nagging me that he has to go to sleep early because he has to get up early to work the next day @ 3 am....! but when he goes out with other poeple other than me he stays up til 12 even dough he has to get up 3 hrs later? it makes me so mad.

My Ex husband will not leave me alone I have been in a relationship and had a kid since the divorce. After my husband put that ring on my finger--everything changed. It was like I became his property! He works hard and is a great provider, but I can't stand being around him anymore. He blows up about every little thing--I never know what might set him off.
We have 2 daughters, ages 15 & 13, and they don't want to be around him either. I have always been told that I'm sweet, fun to be around, pretty--but I feel like I've lost the real me. Here are just a few instances: he has choked me, knocked me down when I was VERY pregnant w/my oldest daughter. Thrown a glass at my face--which I blocked with my hand and had to have stitches. Picked me up by my neck and slammed me against the wall. The last time he threw me down on our kitchen floor & hurt my back-my Dr. offered to testify if necessary. I am on several med.'s for anxiety & depression--I know it's because of my marriage.
I have been a stay-at-home Mom for 15 years--that's another story. I want out--but I feel trapped.

my dad got married recently and the night of the wedding, him, his wife, myself, and her mother all stayed in a hotel. The rooms were ajoining and had a working door inbetween, my dad and wife in one room, and me and ehr mother in another. But they insisted that they "go to the hotel room of mutual friends" to "talk." Do you think they snuck out to go do the deed somewhere eles, or went to see their friends, or heck, had an orgy.

I think its pretty contradicitng, b/c, if they HAD to sneak off, why did my step-mom book the friggin ajoining room in the first place

ps-after leaving, they didnt come back to the origingal room for a couple hours

I see it all the time on here. Guys are always looking for more excitement. More sex. Isn't it naive of us to think they won't stray? I'm not married now but I used to think that way. I'm not saying they're wrong either for wanting more.
