I have had a letter from the csa about the claim my ex wife has put in ! I was shocked to see the amount they say they are going to take its a lot and I am not on fantastic wages, it is going to leave me with about 11 pound a week to live on I only have one child but feel like there is no point in working anymore because it seems pointless, I love my daughter to bits but I need to live too ! any advice for me ?

I recently moved out from a 11 years marriage. with 3 children.
Marriage had issue that I got tried of for so long and decide it was time to depart from it. My husband move in a one bedroom townshouse behind me in the next unit. He talk through the children . He not help me financialy but I work afternoon and he works days. he keep the children while I at work. but at times he never be home before I go to wok and I'm late. He tell the children mom broke the family up. never taking responsiable for his action of why. Issue sat in like take furniture out the house and put in it in storage becuase he doesn't walk us to sit on it. buy his own food don't want to share and no communication with me as a wife. He told me that I am not a wife and he didn't marry me to take care of me. you work take care of yourself. but why did he move so close. the kids slept on a sofa bed downstair and he close his door upstair at night. anything can't happen through the night,

I am an english woman, I wish to move out of england and stay in spain. At the same time when im in spain, I wish to marry a Moroccan guy. I wonder If I have the right to apply for a spouse visa for my husband so he can join me to spain ( he is from morocco and he lives there). I need your advice please about this issue, I dont know what are the laws of the UE concering such a matter.

My husband and I have been married for a month, been together for 5 1/2 years and have a 7 month old son. We're both in college and busy but he never wants to take me out. I haven't been on a date in months. It just seems like I'm just his best friend. The sex life is great, he'll be romantic in the bedroom but thats it. I've told him it'd be nice if we could go out but whenever we get a free night (babysitter for the baby and all) he makes plans without me. I hate to nag, which I'm always afraid of doing but i don't know what to do anymore? The other night I offered to take him out and he scheduled himself to work when he wasn't before, which he said was an accident, i understand but he could have least tried to make up for it? Help!?

Sometimes, when he is a little bit drunk we enjoy memorable making love sessions, but when he is not drunk the sessions are less memorable. When drunk he is more sweety, kind, etc., when not, he's more "reserved". Why does this happen. Can I trust his feelings when drunk or not?

HE TRUST ME COMPLETLY HE HAS TOLD ME SO AND ALL OF HIS OLD FRIENDS I HAVE TALKED TO WHO I AM GOOD FRIENDS WITH CANT FIGURE OUT WHY I WOULDNT TRUST HIM. I WILL DO ANYTHING WHEN I START TO THINK SOMEHTING IS GOING ON FROM CHECKING BOTH HIS E-MAILS CHECKING WHO HE HAS CALLED GOING THROUGH HIS STUFF, I NEED TO STOP BUT ITS HARD I HAVE NEVER HAD A GUY BE FAITHFULL TO ME ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP WITH THIS. do i really give up just cause the courts or my wife won't let me talk to her, and shes probely very affaid of NOT listening to them{they most likly said if he hit you ,weather in true denfense or not than this is child endangerment and we'll take your kid}and getting a divorce is no way to live bothsides suffer..saving the ONLY FAMILY I HAVE AND THE ONLY PEOPLE I LOVE IS IMPORTANT-.how about i do what i need to leverage the 'situation, and take control of my house and make my wife realize i am what got us the house and they quality of life and no job...no biggy it works as a lever NOW and a little time gets me the Right job. I just find a better job and the thing about money JUST make more it works The important thing here is to....help fix the RELATIONSHIP ...over come all obsticles as they come ....with supior mind set and the grace the Lord Jesus -oh and pray like hell...........well what do you all think about DAT.

Why is it that when there is a divorce it is just assumed that the mother will get custody? Why is it assumed she is the better parent?
I am divorced and my abusive, bi-polar ex wife got custody of out 2 boys. Of course now the judge can see that I am in fact the better parent, regardless of what is between my legs, and she no longer has custody. But my question is, why, despite the police reports provided that prove her unstable nature and testimony given by others as to her inability to control herself, why was she granted custody in the first place?
Why is there such an anti-father bias in the courts that continues to allow children to be placed with abusive parents based on their sex? And what can be done to change this?

My wife and I woke up this morning and we have tens of thousands of ants in our bed.We are covered head to toe with welts. To be truthful my wife is turning my stomach just looking at her,seating there looking like 10 miles of bad road. Anyway we sprayed and now we have twice as many. They have been crawling out of body orifices as I type. please tell me will my wife be okay if I cover that morbid face of hers with a paper grocery bag.

i dont love my husband.we have 2 great kids.but he is always trying to pick fights with me.i use to chat in chat rooms nothing serious just meeting new friends i would talk to guys and girls (as friends only).i stopped chatting and deleted my yahoo messenger.but yesterday i added my messenger back i created a new account just to talk to my brother in law and his g/f we are best friends.so today for no reason he starts putting me down and called my a whore.i lost most of my friends because they didnt like him...what should i be doing?

Married for 22 years. 2 great children. Husband is controlling, self centered spoiled brat. He gets angry for silly reasons. He wouldnt go out to eat the other night because he didnt think we were dressed up enough, so he stays home. Last week he got angry at me for not being home when a storm came up and we lost a tree(wind damage) He expects me to work 40 hrs a week, keep the house clean, laundry, cook, cut the grass (6 acre yard) pay the bills all while he works his 37.5 hrs a week and sits infront on the computer when he is not working. He sleeps in the livingroom and has for several years. His children could care less if they ever seen him again. They were made to feel that they werent good enough for him to be proud of them. No matter how good of a job they did, he found fault. If it were sports, or their homework, friends, driving, you name it. He gets along with nobody and has no friends. Of course I am not allowed any either. Better or worse LOL.. how about ALL WORSE???
