When people say I love you with all my heart and they have to have an artificial heart does that mean you have an artificial relationship? If you have a heart transplant does that mean you love the people the other person loved and you no longer love the person you previously loved with all your heart?

A heart is but an organ which is necessary to make the physical body operate as it was meant to. Love is a decision followed by an action, incorporating feelings. You choose to love someone. "I love you with all my heart" is a spiritual statement. If your "heart" gets broken, the physical heart inside your body does not actually break. It is your spiritual heart, the one that has feelings as a result of following a decision with an action. You don't "feel" love by touching your arm. You "feel" love within your spirit.
