I am an english woman, I wish to move out of england and stay in spain. At the same time when im in spain, I wish to marry a Moroccan guy. I wonder If I have the right to apply for a spouse visa for my husband so he can join me to spain ( he is from morocco and he lives there). I need your advice please about this issue, I dont know what are the laws of the UE concering such a matter.

Some of my friends are fed up with being proposed to by Moroccan men. One of them did and thought she was 'In Love' he got her pregnant, then treated her like crap and demanded to stay on the UK to see his child.
Just a warning hun, hope this isn't the norm
