had an atty. in delaware that had a cocaine prob. ...she was disbarred & clients sued her. what did they get as a result of the suit...a judgement as she was broke as a joke. good luck but file it anyway 2 discourage other atty. from screwing people over. call legal aid, or bar assoc. where u live 4 council. good luck 2 u 2.

yes! if she was acting as your attorney after she was disbarred, that is malpractice!

Was she disbarred because you fired her?

Did she actually do anything to hurt you?

Or are you just looking at the payday?

you can sue her for malpractice, if she committed malpractice, the thing is, does she have the resources to pay for your lawsuet?

Only if she did something unethical on your case. If she didn't you don't have any grounds to sue her.
