A marriage in oklahoma can only be annulled in the case of fraud: lack of mental capacity and/or under the legal age to marry..

Search for the legistature site. Sorry, I don't remember what it is. I do know that it is possible to have an marriage annualed for infidelity, as a friend of mine did this.
