can you prove that he forged your signature. If you can you can ask him nicely to compensate you for the forgery or take him to court and watch him squirm in front of a judge. Good Luck.

Go to the police with these documents. He should get into trouble for signing your name on them. If nothing happeneds take him to court they can find out he forged your name.

from soomeone that knows 1st hand, take proof 2 police 4 forgery charges, notify bank, have handwriting annalysis done, contactmortgage or deed co. and get atty. 2 sue him in court. law is on your side here.

Get a hand writing test to show that it is not you that signed the doc. Then get a lawer and sue his a__!!!
