my marriage was not working. My husband left Las Vegas where our family had resided for 3 years and went to his home town in Missouri. I made the mistake of my life allowing our 8yr old little girl to go with him to see her grandparents for two weeks then husband was suppose to bring her back to me. The husband has proved awful character and i've found him to be the most dishonest person I have ever met, so before they left to Missouri I wrote a very specific binding contract stateing we both have agreed for April to go on the trip and He has to promise to have her back in las Vegas with me by a certain date. This was on July 12,2004. He rarely lets me talk to her, If he wants something he Uses our girl for blackmail. Just this month After lying to a lawyer and also family courts about having no idea where i was, he managed to divorce me and was given sole physical cousody. I lost by default. I wish I could tell the whole story! Bottom line, I need legal rep.I pray 4 help

im with a man who had a very bad divorce. she remarried, its been 3 yrs...hes been with me almost 2 years.im very leaneant with my kids(3 kids) he is more strict and says they walk all over me, he says he cant handle the disrespect givin to me by them. he also says he loves me and is happy but not in love with me. i can except that you never know things could change. hes also said hes still in love with ex, but hates her for what shes done(she cheated lots and he hit her for it)im so hurt and confused...he dosent know if we can work it out, is this because me and the kids or is this issues from a past realtionship?? how can i fix this??me and the kids did a lot of crying and talking with him tonight, they dont want to lose him and said they'll work with him to change things....what do i do??

im in a relationship that ive been in for like a yea and eight months, im like twenty or thirty pounds overweight and i tried on a corsette that my bf wants me to have but it didnt fit and he told me that it used to. now his favourite celeb girls are natalie portman and keira knightly and the memoirs ofa geisha girl.. now earlier today we made a pact to be team mates and be there for each other and make each other feel good bout ourselves. and i was sitting there at our bed saying how could you be attracted to me i have a wide flat *** a fat stomach and a birthmark on my body with thunder thighs instead of consoling me he said he was too tired to deal with more of my issues, my other issues today were that my family abanodoned me., do you think i have the right to be upset about him not keeping up his end of the pact. i know im being sensitive but all i wanted was a hugan dfor him to tellme i was pretty, is that so friggin much to ask? please no joke answers i will chose a best answer

i've been married almost 2yrs now and it's been hell ever since.me and my hubby used to(and still does)fight alot.we're working on fixing our marriage but the things he has said and did still bother's me.my hubby recently said to me he wants kids,but i don't wanna bring a baby into a marriage like this and i don't wanna hurt him by saying i don't want to have your baby either,how do i tell him without feeling guilty for not wanting a baby and loosing my marriage.

know what to think. He calls everyday, He has been dinking almost everynite, but calls to let me know when he is home and to tell me he loves me. His drinking was a big reason for not living with him. He is a good guy but I know I can't make him stop drinking because of me. That is something he has to want to do for himself.He says he simply enjoys drinking, I told him that was fine, and if that makes him happy, he has every right to live his life the way he see's fit. But I also have that right. I would like to know if I should just stop any contact with him and go on, or should I give it a little more time to see. It's hard to cut ties after 7 years. There has never been anyone else envolved from my side and I really don't think he has.
Please give me you'r input. Sometimes it's hard to see outside the box. Other's not involved can sometimes see more clearly.

Didn't go out looking but I met someone. I took her out a couple times (no sex, just kissing). There is this crazy backround. We've been around eachother for years without meeting. She is single and one of the most incredible ppl I've ever met. She is being smart. She said goodbye today. We truly only know eachother a week or so but I feel like I've known her forever and I really felt like she was and is, in my heart. I still love my wife but I wonder.....I have the 2 most beautiful kids in the world and I would live in misery (not that I am miserable) rather than hurt them. I am awake @ 2 in the morning pondering my life and wondering what to do. Oh yeah, she has the same feelings for me.....

My boyfriend proposed to me on my Bday last month and I love him very much,but Im nervous because I have doubts about the future sometimes.He's a great man, he would do anything for me. But we don't spend enough time together and it bothers me, he works seven days a week and doesn't have to ! I think he's money greedy. Also he has 2 daughter that he spoils to death, there 15 and 21. They told him not to have more kids and I want children two maybe three. He wants to but his kids are selfish.I don't like how he raises them.I fear that when it's time for us to have children there gonna be like his kids.I dont want that at all.Im 22 and he's 36 Im not your typical 22 year old I live alone, go to school,pay my own bills and have a good job a independent female. I'm not sure if I want to stay with my husband. We are going to counseling and it is helping with out communication skills, but i still don't desire him or even want to talk to him. Not sure it is fair to him but he always tells me that his life would be over without me. That makes me feel guilty and not want to leave, but even my friends say that I am not myself anymore

What are some crazy things you did for love? As for me, I turned down a ton of out-of-state full music scholarships to avoid leaving my wife back when I was a senior and she was a sophmore in college. I wanted to be a band director, so it was like my dream come true to get the scholarship, but my love for not wanting to leave her was stronger. Gladly, God allowed me to get back into music via producing. I have been very successful at it and I still have my most prized possession along two new additions...take care

I have been dating my girlfriend for about 6 months and during this time she was going through a divorce, and I helped her financially and emotionally to pass through this phase. I reiterated to her several times we can't have sex w/o condoms, but she told me that she is allergic to latex, and prefer bare back. I tried to resist her not to have sex, saying that we should wait until marriage, though sometimes we just got carried away, and did it anyways. Now she is 2 wks pregnant, and she says she will raise the baby, even though I have broken up with her. we still talk, though I told her I am not ready for marriage yet, and plus she can't get married until 6 months (divorce law) ; Also I am from Asia, and she is from US, so I don't know how it would apply to me legally - in terms of child support etc. I do want to help my girlfriend in whatever way I can; I am 28 and she is 25, do i have to marry her (she still loves me & would like to), just because of the child; please advice.

Personally, I think that someone getting married would be stupid not to have one in place before they tie the knot.

My uncle lost everything even though his ex-wife was the one who walked out after she was f***ing some other guy on the side for about a year. She got to keep the house and everything, he got sweet f***-all.

Due to financial reasons my husbands ex-wife has let their children come live with us and we are enrolling them in school. They had joint custody with her being the custodial parent and him paying support. I realize we can't just stop paying child support now that they will be living with us... I know their has to be something in writing and filed with the court. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the way we can go about the filing of the paperwork without it costing us an arm and leg? Has anyone out there used a paralegal for this type of thing?She initiated this so I don't forsee her fighting it ...

My husband and I just had are first child 2 months ago. She is a handful, and although we are absolutely delighted with her presense- it puts such a strain on our relationship. I just recently started to truly vent to him about the problems in our marriage. And he just blames the new stress of our daughter. It truly isn't. I feel like the lack of intimacy in our home is my fault because, in the past I never brought my worries up. and now I feel like I can't take it anymore and I find myself having breakdowns and screaming at him- then feeling so much remorse that I have compiled every single emotion I have onto him at once. Nothing seems to sink in and I recently told him that maybe we should have a trial seperation. We decided against it and I thought we understood eachother but, now that we are back to our normal lives I feel like we are back at square one and not making any progress. If you are divorced how long does it take to get rid of the strong feelings for the other person,I have a boyfriend that is divorced and his ex still wants him back but she has screwed around on him and yelled so much he said he was not going do go thru that but he is always wanting to go over and help her with yard work and stuff .he is a slut and would do anything to get him back she has even went so far as to force her way on him and he lets her do what ever cause he said that he is not scared of her but he gives in to her and goe over to help out she has even called him badnames and he will not stand up to her .I want to kick her butt , He keeps protecting her , she don't have a car due to getting caught with drugs and she rides her bike over to where he lives just to see if we are there ,she calls all hours of the night. he will not let me turn her in to the police , what should i do . serious replys only
