You hire a justice or minister of your choice to provide the service. You can get married in a park or other facility of your choice. You can get married almost anywhere. Try a cruise ship... Some places specialize in weddings though. Alot of places will provide full services weddings and reception...

My husband and I wanted a private wedding just between us. We went to the mountains in North Carolina and booked a wedding chapel. It was the most beautiful wedding I could of ever imagined. We rented a tux and a wedding dress and had a unity candlelit ceremony. The cost was super unbelievable and they taped it and took pictures. I would recommend it to anyone.

Depending on the state you live in, you can anyone you like perform any ceremony you want...or none. You fill in the form, get it witnessed and pay the fee.
