Question, while a divorce is pending and there is children involved how does the child support thing happen while everything is up in the air, I have a cousin who is going through that and she need to know she is the mother of 5.

here's the problem... i'd love to move BUT, i have a fantastic house with everything i could possibly ever want in a home! we could sell and move... but i KNOW we would be getting a LOT less house than what we have for the amount we pay on this every month... i want to be the bigger person... but the kids make this hard- CONSTANTLY running back and forth, and the ex-wife ALWAYS on her porch looking directly at my house. i don't even use the front door any more. i try to live in my back yard... i hate to give up my luxury and move into something i wouldn't be completely satisfied with... WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

I am a married young women who has a problem. When I met my husband I fell hard really quick but he was getting a divorce so I waited on the side lines and we became really good friends. I could tell him everything. we ended up getting married and now the relationship isn't the same. I was hoping that it would get better but we have grown apart. I love him but I'm not in love anymore. We cant talk anymore with out a fight and theres alot that he has done that I can not forgive. What do I do?

I previously submited a question about how my wife up and left after being married with me for about 3 months, she said little arguments and the responsibility of being married where getting to be to much, and she took my 17 month old daughter with her and left, Over the past several weeks I have seen a counsler by myself to see what I could change to fix our problems and my wife just told me i need time to think. I ask her straight up if there was someone else. she assured me NO WAY. Today I found 2 love ntes in her car from a guy she works with and one she hadnt given him yet. They basically said that they were all in love with eachother and it was hard they couldnt see eachother right now like they want to ect and all kind of s***..Now she has freaked out cause she is caught, wanted to talk to me about it ect. I do love my wif, but this crushes me. Anybody got any advice on what to do? or maybe what i should tell her .

I never thought it would come to this but my wife and I have been married going on 11 yrs. and I just cant deal with her anymore. We have 3 kids that I love to pieces and have tried to hold out as long as I can just for their benifit but I cant go on any longer. I wont poor you with details because I know it goes both ways. I just am not attracted to her anymore because she has just let herself go and doesnt care anymore how she looks plus she cant keep a job to help out with bills and doesnt care about helping out around the house since she doesnt work. How much does a divorce cost someone and what happens to the kids? I know each state is different but I was just wondering? Thanks

My husband did and we are now fighting about it. Myself and my sister noticed that he was flirting with her. This was my daughter's first birthday and he knew I did not want her there. During the last fifty years marriages have been falling apart like shredded wheat.
So why not make it more difficult, which would make people stop and think whether they are really suited and not just doing it for the wrong reasons. I suggest a hefty fee of £5000. Perhaps that would end marriages for good and so eradicate divorce.

The father of my 12 year old son has not been around for 11 years. I opted out of child support so he wouldn't know where we live. My son has been asking questions, wanting to see him. I have always been honest with him. His dad tried to shoot me years ago, has been in jail, stalked me etc. I have spent the past 11 years hoping that he never shows up on my door step. I did find him (public records) getting divorced,restraining order against him, hasn't changed. I can't allow him to know where we live let alone to re-enter my son's life but still my son wants to know who his father really is. People tell him constantly that he looks just like his father (and he does) so he is naturally curious. In a way he sees his fathers actions as a reflection on himself. He is the only good thing that man ever did. If I tell him the truth he will be very disappointed but I can't tell him anything different. I did find an aunt who said she would send pictures but she never did. What now?

Now, how f** is that... he said that he want to have friend outside our marriage, in which Im not against. I want him to have friends too. But knowing that he's a flirt when he's drunk, he's horny when he's drunk, he blacks out when he's drunk. So, i kinda don't trust him when he goes out. Since we got married i cut my ties with almost all my friends clubbing friends, guy friends...and all because I know he's a jealous person. Now, he is 26 turning 27, we've been married 11months, he doesn't work and he goes to school. He met some friend and most of them are girls...and now he popped this words to me that his life should not revolve around me all the time...and it's all because he wanted to go out with this girl from his class......
