hes a **** bag and never wants to see his kid but makes my life a living hell wont let me move out of state because he is a not good father or shoudl i just say sperm donor

because he doesn't want to ----
keep a log of his visitations with the child or in your case the lack of them.... then go back to court and seek full custody of the child

You had the right not to date him
You had the right to not spread your legs.
You had the right to use birth control
Obviously you are did not do things right
Why can I expect you to do the right thing now?
The kids are not your yours alone, they are just as much his.
Stop making it a living hell for him too.
Do you know how to "make nice"
I guess not or you wouldn't be in this mess.
