I have been married for 6 years with two kids. Financially sound and great job. When I am travelling out of town work related, I found out that my husband had called and have paged 2 girls from hooters. Girls call him all the time. He feels like I am insecured. Obviously something is not right. He does not come near me or would do anything for me to feel he loves me. Not even a kiss on my birthday, gift is out of question. I have phone bills that show he has called and his IM shows he has paged this girls from hooters when I was out. Only thing that is holding me up from walking out of door is my two kids. I think they deserve a better life. When I approached hte issue, he makes me believe that he doesnt remember any of this. I am heart broken, depressed and emotionally broken down. I dont want a divorce but cannot leave with him, because I have fear that I might loose either of my child.
I am soooooo confused dont know what to do. My husband does not believe in counselling or help.

why it is that you marry someone, take the vows of marriage....and then as soon as you see someone you would like to be with, the vows are invalid? I make a vow to someone, I take that seriously.......am I just old fashion, as well as old? God, I hope not

my husband of almost 10 years, has been acting weird for the past few weeks. I confronted him and he says he loves me but is not sure that he wants to be married anymore. he say's he needs more excitement in his life and wants to go out without having to answer to anyone. I found out he was talking to this girl online (from I don't know where) and I found out that he is talking to several girls but it's like he's trying to pretend to be someone he's not. I haven't seen him since friday he hasn't come home. and when I tried to call his cell phone it goes to voice mail. we have a daughter and the only reason i haven't kicked him out is because I can't make it financilally on my own and we are behind on a few bills, and why should I get stuck with all the mess. he will be home sometime today because we have to go to work tommorow and our daughter has to go to daycare and since we only have 1 car he has to come home today. what should I do? is this a phase he's going through or am I doomed

I have a wonderful relationship with my partner of 7 years. We have a shared dream for the future and are working hard to make that dream a reality. When we are together we enjoy each others company but we have hit a big challenge - we rarely see each other. We live in the same house and share a bed but it can be a week or more between us sitting down to a meal together due to the pressures and nature of our work. It isn't a matter of putting work before each other - its just the way work keeps working out - I have a day off and he doesn't and vice versa - we're both freelance so its difficult to turn work down if it comes our way and as we want to finance our dream and get there ASAP. But it is hard and it can feel pretty lonely - my partner is my best friend and I miss him and our social life suffers as any time we do get we want to spend exclusively with each other. Can anyone sugest strategies to help us thorugh this tricky time?

This morning while me and my husband of 4 yrs were lying in bed I asked him if he was still in love with me. He asked me why would I say that. I told him because I feel that he only loves me becasue of the two kids we have. He never replied back, all he did was hug me and that was all. Me and my husband have been toghether for 5yrs., and we have three kids. And it feels sometimes like we lead separte live. I stay home with the kids while he works. 2 years ago my husband cheated on me while at work. Because he was in law enforcement he was arested and fired. He swore to me that this was the first time and I believed him. Last week I found out that he fathered a child during our marraige with someone else. We have 2 children and this child is 4 months older than my child. He said that he did not tell me because he put it out of his mind and he did not believe that it was his child. But he sent this woman money every month for 10 years. He said he only saw the child when he was born and when he was 4. I just happen to see a letter from child support enforcement. The paternaty test finally confirmed it. There was a picture of the three of them. I did not know that was going on under my nose. I didn't know that he went to have the test. He is on his way to jail for getting a ******* at work. During the past 2 years he has been too stressed and worried to focus on our marraige. He says when he gets back he will change.

OK. Starting in early Feb my wife dropped out of school. Then had a nervous breakdown.Then told me that she was leaving me and taking our son(7months old) on Valentines Day. ON Feb 26th she drank 2 bottles of wine and half a 6 pack of beer and told me for the last time that she was leaving. She left on March 3rd. It took me over a month to get us into marriage counselling. Where as she lied the whole session. 3 days after our first marraige counselling session she is creating and responding to personal ads for women4women. During our 2nd session in marraige counselling she says she is seeing a lawyer for a divorce.

During that time I went through a career change from a job of making $40,000 to a job making $90,000 for us and our son so we could live a great life as a family with our new son.

I was always there for her and she always came first in my life because that's what you do when you have a family. Nothing comes before the happiness of your family.

Me and my fiance have been together for 6 1/2 years and engaged almost as long as that. Last February we finally decided to get married in November but now my feelings for him have changed. I don't love him anymore but I still like him a lot and don't want to hurt him, maybe even keep him as an friend, but I don't know how to tell him that it's over and that I want to move out of his house. My problem is that I'm only 90% sure that breaking up is the right thing, there are still 10% doubt. I've also met somebody else and fell in love with him and we'd like to give it a try so I know I have to move out because what I'm doing now is unfair towards both of them, but I simply don't know how to tell my fiance without hurting him too much - but I have to tell him soon about this.
