If you have to question whether you should or shouldn't have sex with your gf, then you already know the answer.
Your and adult, she is a minor.
It's called statutory rape.
Don't go there!
Now when she's 18, it's up to the two of you to decide if you want to have sex before marriage.

There are consequences to anything you do. They vary from place to place. If you get her pregnant can you support your child or will he become another thug in the future? You may be legally required to pay cost of pregnancy. You may be branded a sexual criminial who has to register and put his picture in the paper. You may even face fines or jail time. If you are ok with all this then you can decide whether to have sex with her or not.

uhm...it could lead to a pregnancy and then to an illegal abortion since she's a minor then it could lead to her losing her womb and dat could live in ur conscience for a very long time or on the other hand the law could get hold of u and u could let me see now...7 years? yeah. 7 years of ur life for sex with a minor? the answer to ur question is a big 'N' and a little 'o'.

Do her parents consent?
What would you do if she became pregnant?
Those are all questions you should ask and know the answers to before you have sex.

Well, that's not illegal where I'm at, as long as she gives consent.
I know giving it a year or two is a long time, but that's something the two of you would have to decide. The parents can press charges, but if she said it's ok, they cannot.

You should NOT have sex with her because she is underage and it can be considered statutory rape even it is was consensual. If you are serious about being with her, you should be able to wait until she is of age. If you aren't serious about being with her, you should just get a girlfriend your own age.
