I've been in a relationship for 21/2 years. We live together and we both have 4 kids each (his live with their Mom).I love him dearly (as he says he does me) and I would like to get married. He tells me he's not ready, when I ask why he simply says that he does not want to yet....We agreed that I would leave my job to spend more time with my kids, I now work part time...We live as a married couple, he introduces me as his wife, but he will not get married, "YET"....On heinsight he doesn't have a lot to do with my kids, he supports them but that's about it which is a lot but not enough. we talked with a counselor, the conclusion was that he needed to form a family relationship with his new family and decide to take the plunge or not but the whole package....I think the problem is that he is not sure about the whole package (kids) so i told him that I could no longer live this way.He asked me for some time ('till Dec.) to see if he can do it, this feels like an insult, HELP!

Why do some men scare from marriage or use the excuse that it's just a piece of paper??? What can I do to express to my man just how much it would mean to be married? (once we get a few issues straight)

I have been married for almost nine years to a guy that is soo good to me. I love him so much, and I know that he feels the same about me. I just went and saw him on his lunch break just to hug and kiss him a little, I know that he likes that. We both have to work on our relationship every day, it is not easy, but it is worth it. I could not have it any better with anybody else.

I a with a guy that used to lie to me, sit on his a** while I worked, go behind my back and call his ex (who wouldnt have anything to do with him), is verbally abusive to me and my whole family loves him to death! I have told them what a liar he is and how lazy he is and how mean he is to me and they think that I am being mean and making this things up! They have told me that if I leave him I am on my own because I should have been loving and understanding to him and I can't leave on my own because he has financially drained me. What should I do?

Are they anything else out there that will help my marriage,,,, I have always had a real low sex drive and I think my husband has been very patient with me but I know he is super frustrated and I don't want to lose him. Are they any wonder shots that you can get at the doctor.

My husband is into video games, so much till we do not spend quality time together. I have talked to him about this but he still plays his games. I know he loves me. I have met an attractive guy and he comes to my job daily. I don’t know what to do? I am feeling really lonely, this guy tells me how attractive I am and he says all the right things that my husband does not. In fact Guys always come on to me, but my husband treats me like I don’t exist sometimes. I love him but I don’t understand why I want to see this other guy.

I used to be crazy about my husband when I first met him. I chased him for the first 2 years I knew him until I finally caught him. Over the past 2 1/2 years though I have lost that burning desire. I dont find his body attractive anymore because he has gained weight, but so have I. I dont have a desire to have sex with him very often. I have been told that it is my age (29) and stress in my life and that as my children get older and so do I that this spark and desire will come back. I wish I had that "Im so crazy in love with this guy that I cant wait to jump his bones" feeling that I used to have. I hate feeling this way. And divorce is not an option for me, so dont suggest it.

We have been living in separate residences for nearly six months now and are almost positive we will be divorcing eventually. What are the advantages/disadvantages--if any--of making the separation "legal"? We have been in a relationship for 19 years, married for 4 of those years, and have two children together. Where would I go to file? We live in Ohio.

Met her online 5 years ago. She was separated at the time and had her kids. Yeah, I know, red flags but I was lonely and fell for her. We met and things were great for 2 years then circumstances happened and she was forced to move back with him. She cant stand him and only moved back in because of the kids. It has been 3 years now back with him and she still is in the same situation. The only correspodence is via email now . Am I a fool for dragging this out with her?

We have my step-daughter for the summer, she lives in another state. Her and my daughter have their conversations and my step-daughter happens to talk about when her mom and dad where together, and it just seems to bother me alot. She's only 11 yrs old, I don't think she does it to bother me. It's just conversations they have as little girls. But it just gets me so MAD. I don't show it to anybody. I know it has to do because of the way his ex is. I can't stand her, she makes it look like since they have a daughter together and due to her being the first wife, she still has power over him. He dosen't let her do it, but she wants to show that to me. My husband is good about it though. He dosen't talk to her unless I'm around to hear what they have to say. I know he has to talk to her because of their daughter. Is it normal to feel this way or do I have issues?
