I spend about a hour or so while doing work, she could easily spend up to 8 hours or more a day, or is this becoming more normal?

The internet is a good way to ruin a relationship. People that spend a lot of time on it become addicted to it and forget the 'reality' that they need to be living. Talk to her about it and see if you can agree that you each spend an hour on it each day and then the rest of the time is to be together. Or make plans outside of the house to take her on a date or something.

Eight hours is a bit freaky, when I was a bit younger, if I spent more than three hours on computer or games consoles it sent my brain funny.

One or two hours should be the max I reckon.

be more interesting, If my husband had conversations with me, was here more often, or actually acted as if he wanted to be with me, I would spend less time on this.
