This past weekend we went on a camping trip... It was myself, my husband, my best friend, her boyfriend and his best friend which so happens to be my old flame. I found out today that he still has feelings for me and thinks I deserve better. In a sad sad sad way I want him back to, but I love my husband more than anything so I would never do anything to hurt him. So question is what do I do and do I tell my husband about my new info??

My friend has been with her husband since high school. He's the only person she's ever been with and they have 4 kids together and he's a real good father and he does all the house work and pays all the bills. But, she's says that she's not happy and wants to try something different, because her husband won't give her any oral pleasure. I told her that she should be happy because she ahs someone that loves her, takes care of her, and their kids. So, she just told me that she cheated on him and he found out because he heard her on the phone with me and now he doesn't want a divorce because he loves his kids and he growup without his father and doesn't want his kids to go through the same thing. Now he doesn't trust her, they don't talk, and they don't sleep together now. Should he forgive her and give her another chance and trust her again? What do you think?

I'm looking into divorcing my husband but don't know where to start. Are there any resources that can give you advise on the do's and dont's so that I don't get screwed in the process?

Before our marriage I bought a house under my name only, in California how can I avoid it to be community property? I'm planning on refinancing it prior to the divorce so I can get my finances in order and make it on my own. Is there a way that I can transfer title of my home to someone else prior to the divorce so that it isn't considered community property?

Another thing, all of "our" assets are under my name because he is here illegally. What rights does he have against the assets? Thanks for reading!!!

Note: this is NOT a question just about whether gay marriage or homosexuality in general is wrong. But it's abut if you think gay marriage is a threat to heterosexual marriage and why. Thanks!

My soon-2-b x-husband told me he wasn't in love with me anymore on Valentine's Day. This is the 2nd time he's done this, thus our 2nd divorce! I found out that I was pregnant (with his baby, of course) 2 weeks later. He said he wanted nothing to do with "it", that I should get an abortion, this baby was not made out of love and that it has no reason to live. We have two daughters together already and I'm due with our third in November. He was a good father to them, besides choosing the "single life" instead of the "family life". I refused abortion and literally hate him now cause of the words he has chosen about this pregnancy. He thinks I planned it behind his back (I DID NOT!). I was extremely devastated but am so in love with our unborn child already. If he ends up having a change of heart later on, should I let him "get to know" our unborn child that he said so many mean things about? I know it's his legal right but how could I or should I do?

My wife was raped when she was 16. She told me when we were dating and we’ve now been married ten years. This happened 15 years ago. The man who raped her was 21 and since it was a small town, I know him. At a very minimum, he committed statutory rape but it was even worse then that. He took her out on a boat, got her drunk to the point she was vomiting and had his way with her. She did not report it and blames herself for being so “stupid” as to put herself in that situation. I am relieved she has put it behind her but I don’t think she ever really dealt with it emotionally. I don’t know why it still bothers me but it infuriates me to think of what he did to her. I too sometimes feel like a retroactive victim because to this day, my wife is not very affectionate with me and I think she still needs to heal. For a long time, she was very cold about sex and affection and I think this incident is largely to blame. She just wants to “forget it.” How can I convince her that she

Do you believe that you get along better that you aren't so much alike?

For example:Uncommon:
Different taste in music.
I think excercise and healthy eating is important,/ he always wants to cooks fattening foods and doesn't excercise w/ me.
I am into fashion,, and he could care less.
I like to be in the crowd and involved.. he does not.

Common:
Both like to take cruises/ vacation and do the same types of things while on it, grill outdoors, keep things clean and picked up, good hygiene, go out to eat, camp, play games w/ teen chilren.

We moved down here with jobs lined up at an ISP. After 8 months, he had an ethical dispute with management and left. It took him 11 months to find another IT job, during which time he spent most of it playing an online game, surfing job posting sites, etc.

We had to use up our credit card limits again because of surviving on my income alone for almost a year. He managed to get hired again, and the 3 months he worked there I worked to get our debt down, and we got a little bit ahead. And then he got laid off. And it's been 3 months again and now we're slipping behind.

I'm not asking him to go out and find a huge paying job in a field he doesn't like. I'm just asking him to find part time or temporary employment to cover about 200-400 A MONTH that we're always behind. I don't think that's asking too much. Don't care how. He refuses to "work at a gas station" or grocery store, etc. Pride?

How can I motivate him without nagging to find some income, while he looks for a new job?

My husband gave me his email login to check for an email since our home computer was down. When I logged in, I found that he has been chatting with a longtime friend across the country and there have been sexual conversations.

When I confronted him, he said that it was innocent flirting that went too far. There is no way there was contact - but I am still hurt. What should I think or do?

My man and i have been together for 7 months and he says he loves me, and i think i love him. He is really trying to get out of his mama's house. So i told him to move in with me at my parents house, but the only way that is possible is if we get married. I was all for it and i was pressuring him last night to do it. And he said ok this friday, but now i am having second thoughts. I am scarred. this means i can't go out and have fun, have little flings, or talk to other guys. Cuz marriage to me is very serious, thats the end of single life. There is no such word as divorce. What should i do? I could see myself with him forever growing old with each other, but i am scarred of leaving my single life.......my freedom. Please help.
