i hate my dad for thousand reasons,he is very stobborn and he wont listen to any body,he does unwanted thngs according to his wish. moreover he drinks lot and day by day his health is going worse,i dont talk to him much.he gets cheated by others very easily and he wont realise it.who can help me to get rid of ths problem?should i blv in god,is thr any prayers which can realy help me out to gid of ths problem.somebody help me pls i need your sugestion very badly.thank u

He loves me so much even i do. We both want to get marry with our parents's permission. To my parents there is no problem of our age but his parents probably will be having a problem as we havent told them yet. What clarifications can be given to them if they find a problem with it.

My husband and I have not made a will just yet since we don't have any real assets or such. Currently we are renting, have no debt, no investments, no accounts other than a standard checking and savings, everything we own we have right here with us. We've already decided who it should be.

My question is there a way we can LEGALLY declare who will be the guardian of our children in case we should both die WITHOUT a will? Or can i ONLY declare guardianship for my children in a will? We know we should write a will, we just want to know is there a legal way to declare guardianship in the mean time?

Ok get this my dad and I were both born in February we both adore cats and have the same generous personality and we both had best friends who moved away and we both kept in touch with them by being penpals for about 2 years then they came back and they are our best friends!

my girlfriends parent's threatened to take my car because of some money she owes them. they said since she moving out and not paying them what they owe her they are going to take the car they co-signed on because she not paying them. the problem is i have my car payed off until June. can they take it my car even though i have payed it up in advance? and can they say they are not giving there daughter her clothes and stuff back cus its in the house and she not there? can they keep it and not give it back? she 18 so legally they cant do that becuase she owns it all, right?

i disrespected him about 17 days ago
and on that day
he said i could not have a specific priviledge until i apologized
i am not good with apologys
and i do not feel sorry about what i did
i feel that i was in the right
but how do i apologize so that i can get that privaledge back w/o looking like all i am doing is trying to get that privaledge back?

I know it's probably not fair of me but i can't help it...ever since she got sick and her and my dad got divorced I hate her. We fight everyday and I'm only happy when i'm with my dad. She sits around the house all day and I have to do a lot of the cleaning, along with everything else I have going on. She keeps telling me to just move out, and whenever I tell her I'm leaving she starts crying and asks for a second chance. I'm getting so sick of it, I want to live with my dad but I know if I do my mom's family would hate me and I'd never get to see them. They already think that i'm a horrible child because of what she tells them. But they don't have to live with her. I try talking to my friends but none of them really know what I should do. I'm always unhappy and my friends really have no clue. My little brother doesn't want me to leave and I think that's the only reason I've stayed for this long, I don't know what I should do...if anyone's ever dealt with something similar please help.

My dad is alway in a mood.. I think its because he has bad shoulders and a bad back so he is in alot of pain and he doesnt get much sleep and that makes him tired. i used to just exept the fact that he was ill and so that made him moody (not violent or anything, just moody) but now its gone kinda out of control. I have a problem which means i dont learn as quickly as others and when my dad tries to show me something like when he helps me with my homework and i keep getting it wrong he gets in a stress all the time and tells me to foget him helping me and get on with it myself... what should i do?

time with me. My emails are even ignored. They are teenagers now---is this normal? My sister (their Mom) tends to treat me like a loser spinster sister who should do favors for them (her family), but what about me? This relationship is all one-sided. I've even given up my cell phone for my niece and my new computer for my nephew, but they want nothing to do with me.I've spent time off doing things with them. When I toild my niece that I loved her and was hurt, she said "tough". Am I wrong to be hurt? What should I do?

My dad works in the military so he meets a lot of new people when he travels everywhere. My dad met a woman named Dina while they were in Thule. Whenever Dina comes over, my step-mom becomes very irritated all of a sudden and she treats my siblings and I like garbage. My dad would never leave my step-mom at all and he doesn't think about Dina like that at all! (At least I don't think so). Whenever Dina leaves, my step-mom is back to normal within five minutes. She also seems very irritated and angry whenever Dina and I talk about "girly" things or school. Dina is very interested in my career option and so she asks me about it a lot. My step-mom doesn't seem to like that. Do you think that she's just jealous or scared that Dina might "take away" the "mother figure" from my step-mom?

My husband's ex-wife's daughter brought her friends over to our house for sleep over,my opinion was not consulted beforehand whether I like it or not, but they came anyways - fine. Before the daughter and friends came over,husband and I had a slight arguement and I stayed in my bedroom. Then when I finally cooled off after a couple of hours, I went to him and kissed him (thinking he was alone) gdnite-it's bedtime, I found him sitting there, relaxing and watching tv with her daughter and her friends -all 15 yrs old.My arguement was-it's not appropriate for him to hang around his underaged teen daughter's friends like that while I'm obviously feeling lousy in the other room. He said no, "I am watching a movie, nothing wrong with that". I am not against him spending time with his daughter, in fact I will join him too-but not when we had an arguement and we're in separate rooms. Who is right and what is appropriate???? Please help!!

Whenever my step-mom and I get into a very huge fight, she always brings up my mother. She also brings up my mother when we have a small disagreement. My step-mom and my mother have some problems about eachother, but I have no idea why my mother is the topic of discussion whenever we get into little/huge fights. Why do you think this happens? I was in Walmart with my daughter when she saw a boy she liked. She pretended to be looking through a little basket of sale items on a bottom shelf. I quietly substituted a shopping cart overflowing with Depends for hers. Another good thing is to have them paged using a nick name with their last name - and one time at Safeway when my daughter said - there's Jessica, she's such a snob. She is the most popular girl in my school. I made a racing car sound and at a jog, rammed my cart into hers, ...My kids hate me. hee hee

i want to change my 2 daughters last names to match mine now and my other daughters. i got married to my husband which they belive he is their dad anyway. they dont know their real fathers and their names are not on their birth certifcate. so i was wondering could i just go to the birth records and change them or what do i have to do.

My 2 boys and I moved in with my fiance and his son 6 months ago. His son's mother is only in the picture when it is convinient to her, which isn't often. My finance works crazy hours and it barely home therefor I take care of all 3 boys and the household. I am having a hard time with my step-son in getting him to realize the importants of school, he is failing his grade 7 and will not bring home his book to do homework, lies about homework and will not study. I took away his PSP, PS2 and computer, he is not allowed out during the week, if we have a good week, no lying, no uncompleted homework and not failed tests he could go out on the weekend, which he hasn't gotten that privilege yet and it has been 2 months, he is forever in the house but it seems as soon as we give a little he is right back the same way. He has never been disciplines or in a routine like he is now. I don't want to have to move out because of the stress it causes me. Any advice? Am I doing the right thing?

You see I'm 15 and my mom and dad suppossedly got divorced when I was 3 months old. I don't even know what he looks like. From what my mom tells me he lives with his OTHER wife and kids in New York but I live in Illinois now so I really don't know how to find him. I have a step-dad but we never get along and his a total A$$-hole to me and my grandma so I have no respect for him what so ever. I am a 15 year old girl. I have a 4.0 gpa in school. I play softball volleyball and i also play basketball. I have also been an ice skater for 12 years. I am from a perfect little town in Chicago. I am outgoing sensative and sweet to all people. When i am older i want to be a nurse and go to Northwestern. I would like to get a scholarship off of music. I have been playing the viola for 6 years and i am looking to play when i am older. I have won many awards from the mayor and the town for being a good person(nominated from tearchers at school). I have a loving boyfriend. And a lot of friends but i have about 2 really true good friends. Many of the guys that i go for are the ones that are quiet. I like those types because there not the jerk kinds. My life is basically perfect. But thats the thing......Its not. My parents got divorced when i was 14.I felt scared and i felt it was my fault. But I am a strong girl so i moved on and now i am ok. My stepdad left my mom last Fri.Why me?
